Lovely and large, 2 story home in Legacy Park.

Home offers a screened in pool and lots of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate many guests.

Located not far from attractions, dining, shopping, and more!

Bedrooms are made up as follows:

Queen bed master, I twin bedroom with one bed which turns into a trunkie, 1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and two queen bedrooms downstairs.

Please note:

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Sunny house; easy living

Great layout; spacious house. We used this house as a work-from-home location. Internet is very good. Tidy, very safe neighborhood. Gated community has Starbucks and Publix within 4 minute drive. Most big box stores and good restaurants are about a 20-minute drive away. Pool area is very nice - some weekends it's fun to sit by the pool and watch neighborhood kids playing and hear their music. The neighbors' backyards are in a different housing development, but are easily seen and heard from the pool area through the oleander trees. House was generally clean but the edges of the tile floor on main level were grey with dirt. I scrubbed the perimeter with wet rags and paper towels as soon as we moved in. Also main bathroom shower stall had lots of black dirt in the door frame track. Nick the maintenance tech is very talented! He took care of all repair issues quickly and courteously, often after other maintenance techs were unable to solve the issue. We had 4 different episodes of smoke alarm battery beepers going off in the middle of the night, and it took a number of service calls to solve the situation. Overall, however, we really enjoyed this house!

Just Little Weird Things

Great home and location. The few weird things that took this from a 5 review. 1. Sprinklers cover drive and walkway up to the door. The entire walkway. Prepare to get wet if you come or leave when they are on. 2. Lack of supplies. 6 toilets with partial rolls and no other TP. No laundry soap but you are asked to start a load before you go. Not one bath wash cloth or hand towels in any of the bathrooms 3. Shows a Jacuzzi with a pool and asks if you want the pool heated for an additional fee. You have to heat the pool to have a heated Jacuzzi and this wasn't clear. We didn't really need a heated pool, but a cold Jacuzzi is kind of worthless. When I found this out it took 4 hours to hear back and then another 2 to get it turned on. Just pay for it up front if you want to use a hot Jacuzzi. 4. Game room in the garage has air hockey, but the cord wouldn't reach the outlet. We had to contact the property manager to find the ONE extension cord in the house. Really love the layout of the home. 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the other 2 share a bathroom. We usually do VRBO when we go to Hawaii and just replace what we use in supplies. Like I said, just a little weird.

Relaxing retreat

House has a great layout. Lots of natural light. A real retreat. A fun game room and pool and spa are great when heated. Neighborhood is gated so it feels very secure. Peaceful and quiet. Easy to drive to Disney attractions but a 35-minute drive to the nearest hiking at the Green Swamp. Also a long drive for shopping other than strip malls. The description says ‘no rear neighbors’ but there is a large development to the south with views into neighbors’ homes and backyards. Management responded quickly to need for replacement blinds and new vacuum cleaner. We stayed 3 months. A good place to ‘work from home’ and 40 minutes from airport.

Nice, Clean, Safe property

Very nice home, we enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch for the Holidays.

Spring Break

The house was big enough for my whole family and had enough pots and pans for us to cook. The hot tun temperature was above our expectations. We ran into a few hiccups but we notified the homeowner who replied. We will definitely stay again. The house was equipped with plenty of towels make sure to bring your own rags

Wonderful stay! Everyone had so much fun!

Everything was great about the house! The location, the game room, the pool. Everything was perfect! Our kids ranging from age 7 to 19 all had fun, the pool and game room were plentiful! The location is close to everything and there is a Publix nearby! Communication with the property manager and owners were easy too, very responsive! Looking forward to staying again!

Huge house with everything you need. We went during a cold spell in February. The pool is heated per say. Coming from the midwest we expected a pool heater like we have here where when it's 65 and sunny, you can jump in the pool. That is not the case here. It's a pool filtration type of heater system. There is nothing wrong with the pool and their clear instructions did state that the pool cannot heat when it is colder than 65 degrees. That being said, I would say that if the weather is under 70 degrees, I would forego the heating option. We utilized the game room and the pool during our stay. The cooling and heating in the house works perfectly. The house was clean and all toilets had sanitary strips when we arrived. There were single use bar hand soaps in every restroom which was nice. This house is huge with enough room for 2-3 families. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone needing a house close enough to Orlando attractions.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect place for the activities the group of 10 wanted to accomplish. I would highly recommend the pool heater for a December stay. The microwave did die on us and they were able to fix it a few days later. The 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths were a great benefit for the large group we had. If you are used to cooler temperatures in your home you are not allowed to set the thermostat less than 73 degrees. All of the rooms didn't have ceiling fans so a few of us didn't sleep as comfortably as we usually do. I would still book again and bring my own fan.

Great Vacation Getaway

The house was great and perfect for what we were wanting for the week. The size of the pool was also great, most rentals look like they are bigger in the pictures but in person are always smaller. The only complaint I would have would be that a couple buttons on the microwave worked. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean enough, but infested with flies. Good decor, but most things are outdated. Carpet is filthy. The property seem cared for, but cannot mask aging. Also need ventilation in the game room. In the heat, it is suffocating with n the garage game room.

Great House

House was clean, anytime I needed to speak with a property manager they answered right away or called me back within like 5 minutes. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Only downfall is they didn’t have enough wash cloths and towels for everyone; it was only 1 per room.

Relaxing family vacation

This home was a perfect way to spend a relaxing family vacation in a safe and private atmosphere. The house had everything we needed and more. The game room and pool were perfect for our two teenagers. The neighborhood was great for my morning walks and runs. The neighbors were quiet. There is construction starting in a development behind the house, but it was not distracting and the work hours seemed short. The house is close to attractions. We also made the 1.5 hour drive to Cocoa Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

This place was exactly what is presented. Gated community was a big plus. Neighbors were nice. Stores and restaurants are all within a mile or so. It’s a vacation stay not the ritz, and would definitely plan a stay here again when we go back! Thank you Jenny
