Welcome to 4731 CTD #208 Located in Storey Lake Resort! This second floor, spacious end unit condo has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this condo to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's relaxing on your patio with a cup of coffee or enjoying a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a Disney themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone.

Though you may never want to leave the home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.

One of the best reasons to choose our home? Location, Location, Location! Those who are coming to the area to visit Walt Disney World, Storey Lake is just a five minute straight shot down Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World Property. No traffic, no tolls, and no I-4!

- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25 plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.

- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then our property managers inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property.

- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation.

Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund provided.
Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner.

General Property Information

- This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 6 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed this maximum number provided.

- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee.

Visit with Family

The condo was clean and perfect. We also enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Upon arrival, I was having trouble finding local tv stations and so I reached out to the management team. They immediately got back with me and the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. The only thing I found a bit chinzy was the amount of supplies that were given like an ounce of olive oil and only 4 rolls of toilet paper. But no problem we went shopping.

The property was wonderful. It was very clean, very safe and perfect location for us. We went to the pool. We were close to all the things that we needed to get to. The unit was so nice. Great condo

Our family of 4 (husband, wife and 2 daughters aged 13 and almost 15) had a great week-long stay at this condo. It was clean and convenient. With traffic, Disney was 15 minutes and Universal Orlando 20-25 minutes. There is a Target and a Publix grocery store within a couple of minutes of the condo. The communication from the owner/property manager was absolutely fantastic! Several days before our trip we were sent very detailed information and instructions and responses came very quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable and offered plenty of features we wanted in our home away from home. We come to the Orlando area typically once per year. We have often had issues with places not having adequate AC to be able to cool the place off. We like to sleep cool. We didn’t have any issues cooling the unit once we reviewed how to use the Nest lite thermostat. Before booking our stay I read a review that said they couldn’t get the temp to change below 78 on the thermostat. After being there, I can only imagine that these guests didn’t bother to follow the instructions on how to use the thermostat. That’s the only thing I can figure. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo with plenty of room and close to parks

Overall we had a great stay, we loved how close to parks and grocery/shopping it was and easy access to multiple highways. The condo itself was easy to access and well stocked kitchen with pans/plates/cups. Unit was very clean and spacious and well decorated. We wish we had more time to spend at the pools and lazy river area. We did love the sand volleyball court. I would stay here again.

Nearly Perfect

We came here with our 4 kids (ages 10-19) so we could spend a few days at Universal and Disney. The parks are 15-30 mins away, so the location is great. I'll use bullet points for the pros and cons below:PROS-Owner was extremely communicative prior to trip-Instructions were very thorough and clear-Condo was on the 2nd level, corner unit- elevator and stairs close by-It belongs in a group of 3 gated communities who share amenities, which is awesome-Immediate community has a small but nice pool-Two other communities (walkable, but better to drive to) have small water parks, fitness centers, and one has a large hot tub-Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and just as pictured-Mattresses were VERY comfortable, and we slept great-2nd bathroom was large, which made it easy for all 4 kids to share-Washer and Dryer in unit were clean and worked well-A/C in unit worked VERY well!-Fair amount of kitchen supplies to cook all meals-Some teflon pans were scratched, and the owner instantly bought and delivered new ones-Had an issue connecting all devices to wifi at first, but owner reset everything remotely, and it worked perfectly after thatCONS-No ceiling fans in the unit, BUT not a deal breaker because the A/C worked great-While the couch and chairs in the living room were good quality, they are more just sitting furnishings and not for cozying-up and relaxing. It would have been nice to have a bigger sofa for all of us to plop on and watch a movie

Excellent Stay, Amenities & Communication

Stayed in December, 2024 for a handful of nights. Excellent stay in a spacious condo for our family - the multiple bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) certainly came in handy!Great level of detail by the property management about processes which was extremely helpful and avoided any unnecessary communication (e.g., pushing the door slightly inward to allow the deadbolt to retract on check-in).Prompt communication response times, often within the hour (during the day), which was great!The resort amenities (pool, lazy river, water slides, mini golf) are easily accessible by about a 10 minute walk down Storey Lake Blvd. -- do that instead of following Google Maps. The amenities facility includes full-service bar, restaurant, ice-cream shop and more. Overall, a great experience and would certainly return if our travels bring us back to the area. Thanks!

An absolutely perfect condo

Condo as advertised. Very clean spacious and comfortable for a group of six. we even took one day of our vacation just to relax and enjoy the rental. Three things I want to bring up for your consideration:(1) No matter what we did, the inside temperature never went below 80 degrees. We kept the windows opened and that resolved the issue. Weather was very cool outside(2) You must arrive during day light as the building numbers are extremely difficult to see when dark(C) Despite the advertisement, the pool at the Story Lake water park was not heatedOtherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMEDED

The stay is a good value for money. Close to Disney taking less than 15 minutes and other major roads in Kissimmee area. Less than a mile to a grocery store, a medicine store and a gas station. The outside hallway could have been maintained better.

We absolutely loved this location. It was close to everything! It is a quiet location. We didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities because we were on the go the entire time. We had an issue with the AC our first night and they were on it quite quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

WDW trip

Great location, lot of restaurants and markets nearby. If you’re going to Disney it’s very close. Condo was very clean. Kitchen has all the gadgets but we don’t cook on vacay. Only con was second bedroom doesn’t have any drawers No dresser, no nightstands with drawers. No place to put stuff that’s not hanging like lingerie etc. Beds were a softer than we like but that’s a personal preference. Communication was great.

The unit is ideal for 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was quiet, and there is plenty of parking. Getting to the DW entrance is VERY easy and quick. A big plus was having access to the two community club houses which have swimming pools, playground, food concession and bar. It was also great that transport to the club houses can be arranged via golf cart.
