5 bed/4 Bath Home with Pool/ Spa/ Games Room - Nr Champions Gate

Book now for a vacation with all the boxes ticked. Close to the main I4 for the disney attractions, gated community, pool with spa backing onto conservation, 10 minutes drive to restaurants and shops of Champions Gate.

West Haven has many gated communities within the subdivision, and this home is situated on the Shire, with access to a clubhouse with fitness room, communal out door pool, tennis courts and a volley ball court. Our home also has a games room with a pool table and table tennis. Everyone is a winner!

Everything is provided for our guests with a starter pack of hand soap, kitchen paper towel, dishwasher tabs, liquid soap, hand sanitizer and toilet tissue. This is a self catering home so guests are responsible for refills. Towels & Linens are included.

Full kitchen with appliances , 2 Family rooms, smart TV's and open flow of the home make this an ideal choice for your vacation.

1 queen bedroom is downstairs with adjacent bathroom, if there is a family member who cannot manage the stairs with confidence. There are 2 King bedrooms upstairs which open up on to a balcony. Both have en suite bathrooms.
Another Queen guest bedroom is upstairs which shares the family bathroom with the only twin bedroom.

The pool deck has loungers for the sun worshippers, a shaded lanai area with table and chairs and plenty of space to enjoy the pool and spa. There is an additional fee for pool heat ($30.00 per day), which is included in each quote as 'heating charge'. this can be removed if you notify us at the time of booking. Please confirm dates you wish to have included in your booking and the number of guests. Conservation outlook ensures some privacy and the mandatory security fence to keep non-swimmers safe.

Piscine et spa bruillant

Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait correct mais le chauffage de la piscine et du spa c'est arrĂȘtĂ© le mercredi le le 6 nov. trĂšs bruillant et nous avions payĂ© pour toute la semaine 270 $ US. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu de cet aspect. Merci de nous rembourser si c'est possible.

Clean and close to theme parks

The home is clean and well kept.Also close to theme parks about 20 minutes to any Disney park and about 25 minutes to Universal Studios. The house is a great place to relax on a day off from the parks with your own pool to enjoy and plenty of space to play games with the family!

Excellent Home - Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful, in a wonderful neighborhood! The owner is excellent and made sure our stay was wonderful. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, house was spotless. Pool, hot tub, billiard table, ping pong table, clubhouse with pool and gym. Highly recommend this one!

A Great Value

My family and I booked this listing for our Disney / Universal trip. Less than 20 miles from the parks. It was an amazing home for the price and value. We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub daily after long days at theme parks. Traffic definitely effected travel times from as little as 25 minutes to as much as 50 minutes when it was heavy, but was within our expectations. The property was worth every penny in a ice gated community!

House was nice! Owner has great communication. Very friendly! Parking is not suitable for the amount of people house holds. 2 cars and it’s tight if you have trucks. No street parking! Don’t get a tire on the grass the property manager will tell you if you happen to go outside that tow truck is coming to tow your car. He was watching from another driveway.

Getaway weekend

My friends and I had a great time at this house. Gritley was an excellent host and available for phone calls or texts at any time. Communication was great and they allowed us to even get in a little earlier than our scheduled time. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 star, was the use of the hot tub and pool. We paid the extra for the heat for the tub and pool, but never realized that the heater was on a timer and was only from I think it was 10am until appx 8pm. So that after a long day out and about, when we arrived home later at night to relax and use the hot tub and pool, they were both cold and we could not use them. We actually got to use the hot tub the first day only as we just stayed in that night and went in during those hrs. Other than that, we very much enjoyed the house and the hospitality. Thanks again Gritley! We would definitely go back!

Amazing!!!

This house was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and well designed to feel like home! We actually planned two of our days to just enjoy the house because it was that relaxing and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals and communication with the owner was lovely. We had a great stay at this property, all very clean inside and pool area outside too, everything we needed - perhaps only missing a clothes airer which we bought and left in garage for other families to use. This was our 8th stay in West Haven so we know the area and where shops and restaurants are. Communication with Gritley was amazing, phone calls and texts were much appreciated.

Stunning Property

Beautiful comfortable home. We had a great three days just kicking back and relaxing poolside. Gritley was a great host, she checked in on us a couple times which was very nice. A note of caution, the HOA will tow cars parked in the street between midnight and 6:00 am.

Annual Hair Show Retreat

Very Spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Loved the back patio with the covered screened in porch. Great communication with owner, when needed. Our only complaints were the hot tub wasn’t heated due to property management forgetting to turn on the heat before we arrived, but we were refunded the fee for heating. There were not enough towels or wash cloths provided, and the air was finicky and would randomly go up to 78° in the night.

Great Stay!
