Our beautifully furnished 5/6 bedroom home with large south facing pool is extremely spacious with 3,150sq ft of air-conditioned living space, and furnished to a very high standard that includes 8 TV's including 75' smart HDTV X Box further 5 x 55' HDTVs
This beautifully furnished room possesses comfortable seating and top of the range 55' HDTV . This is a wonderful room to just sit in and relax after a long day in the theme parks. The living room also offers a great view of the pool and spa.

Kitchen
Fully fitted with top quality appliances, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, sink with waste disposal, breakfast bar and plenty of cutlery, elegant crockery and cookware. This room also has a breakfast table and seating.

Utility room
This has a full size large loading washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.

The Master Suite
This room is furnished with a King size bed, TV, ample storage space and walk in dressing room. The fully upgraded luxurious En-suite Bathroom has twin sinks, a make up area, Roman Tub with inset seat, separate WC and large walk in shower. 55' HDTV

Our swimming pool has a set in sun shelf along with special coloured effect underwater lighting. Perfect for night time swims.

The 6' x 6' spa tub with water cascade is ideal for unwinding in after a long day or at any time for that matter!

Oversize deck
Stretching the complete width of the house, not only does the deck provide ample seating, it is also the perfect place to get your Florida tan. However if you do not want to top up your tan, you could always relax in front of the outside TV.

Nice house great neighborhood

My stay was for a week, we arrived 2 hours after check in, and no way to get in, the door code sent to me was incorrect, I ended up having to contact Vrbo to contact the owner for the correct door code cause he wouldn’t respond to me. Then we go inside to mess the last renters left nothing was clean I ended up going to Walmart buying laundry soap to wash everything, the property owner apologized for the mess and sent the cleaning crew at at 9pm to clean in which they wanted us to get out the house while they cleaned which was a no no when we had already cleaned up the little stuff and already started washing. I asked about a refund for cleaning fee and I still haven’t got a response.

Never again

This property is covered with stains in carpet. Did not get WiFi until half way through stay. Had to hang the tv in the movie room. AC was not working well in master suite. Outside trash cans were covered in maggots and flies. My wife waited for hours to enter upon check in due to the wrong code being provided. Had to go through customer service to start getting a quick response from property manager. During our stay the property manager after all the problems offered us 10 percent off the next stay. No thanks

I advise all to rent this house ,very clean nice size swimming pool, nice neighborhood only Ac at first level set on 74 it is not enough to keep house cold .but any thing else was perfect. Thank you

Stayed at Calabay Parc a dozen times, this has been the best ever. It has an English feel to it. Everything been thought of to take care of you while you relax in this beautiful villa. Gordon the owner is a great guy and so is the management company..Look no further an highly recommend villa and will certainly be back to stay Xx
