NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Solterra Resort Parking Rules
-Please remember and be sure to remind all guests of the parking rules. You should always park in your driveway first. You can even park across the ramp or "apron" of the driveway but be sure to never park touching the grass or the sidewalk. There are also approximately 250 parking spaces on the streets throughout the community. Guests are welcome to park in any of those spaces but make sure that there is a white line in front and in back of the vehicle and you are parked within all markings. Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Otherwise they must be parked in enclosed garages at all times or removed from the community. Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered. Violations can be issued and these vehicles are subject to towing. No one, including our security personnel, can give authorization for parking outside of these guidelines.

-Solterra Resort - Amenities Fee
*To access club facilities, you will be required to pay a one-time resort fee directly to the clubhouse office. Payment by card, cash not accepted. This fee is not included in the price of your reservation. And we don't have access to these payments. Up to 12 guests fee: $35.00, More than 13 guests fee: $45.00
