Designed with the resort traveler in mind, this home has all the essentials and more! Coupled with a calming decor set, the spacious bedrooms provide a tranquil haven for you after a long day at the amusement parks.

And when you want to cool off from the hot Florida afternoons, take a dip in the private backyard pool! The pool area has ample space for eating outside and brand new furniture too.

The pool can be heated at your request for a cost of $30.00 per day (minimum 5 days). The barbecue grill can be used for a cost of $65.00 per stay.

Spring Break Getaway

We stayed for Spring Break and were about 20 mins from the parks (depending on traffic). The house was nice and spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. We packed beach towels and never even used them. We were traveling with 4 adults, 2 teens, and an infant. We loved the floor plan having bedrooms separated so each person felt they had their own little master and plenty of space.

The property is as promised. The furniture and beds we’re comfortable. It would be nice if the beds had more pillows and better quality. The pool was nice for fun. The location is good with easy highway access and grocery stores close by. The property owner was very responsive.

The house speaks for itself from the pictures. The most incredible part was the expedient responses from the owner to any request that I had. As this was my 1st experience with VRBO, they have set the standards.

Decent stay

Kids had a blast as the pool was fantastic but the property had some issues. First of all, we couldn't get the code to work and had to call the emergency line at arrival. The number 2 on the keypad would stick and not register at all. The property boasts thorough cleaning but there was a thick, pink, sticky substance filled with hair on the island, stains all over the placemats, thick rust on the shower doors and possible BLOOD stains on upstairs master cabinets. Weirdly the beds do not have fitted sheets so you feel like you're playing slip and slide all night. Fitted sheets would be beneficial in hiding the brown stains all over the mattress protector. Water pressure in shower makes bathing tedious and there is only one a/c unit so good luck staying cool at night (no ceiling fans). Don't leave any food on the counters for even 5 minutes because there are ANTS colonizing the kitchen. Upstairs master bedroom would benefit from a full length mirror especially with all the empty wall space available, and the kitchen could use dish clothes and towels. I hate being so critical but my mom and I manage a vacation rental property by ourselves in Georgia and maintain a 5 ⭐ rating. I would also suggest the homeowner send guests a list of things to bring from home to avoid having to buy these items for short vacations, i.e. extra tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, (you will only be provided 2 bags and the trash is collected EVERY DAY), etc. Like I said - nice pool but would not book this property again.

This property was just as it looks on the site. We had an extended family of 9, perfect! We opted not to heat the pool, and it was a little cool. But that was our option. Furniture, linens, and kitchen accessories were awesome. We'd stay again!

The house was stunning. The pool in the back was great, plus the use of the main pool with all the amenities was a nice bonus. Excellent all around. We had 9 people, only 3 kids- more than enough room for everyone to have their own space.

Beautiful and modern House

We enjoyed our time in this Lovely home in Champions Gate that was sparkling clean. This was very spacious and modern and a great location. We would highly recommend this property. You don’t really have to supply anything accept for maybe shampoos and conditioners you like and toilet paper if you stay for a week and maybe laundry detergent if you do multiple loads. Champions Gate community pool and club house are an added benefit. The pool and spa were a fun few days for us when we were not out exploring. Definitely worth heating for the days we were able to use it. Thank you for the stay and memories!!

Long weekend

We rented this home for a tournament at Champions gate complex. It was nice and close to the fields. The home was beautiful and clean inside. Lots of open space. Beds were comfy. The houses are very close and some of the neighbors were outside talking pretty late noise travels easily. Nothing the homeowner can control and not really an issue if your up, just something to be aware of if your a group that plans to be outside late or early to bed.

Great House and Owner

What a great place to stay! We traveled to Orlando for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The house was spacious, clean, modern, and had a great pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We felt like the price was a great deal and appreciated the option to have the pool heated. The cancellation policy was very appealing as I wanted to get something booked well in advance, but wanted the flexibility to cancel if the event we were attending got cancelled. The location was perfect for getting to the theme parks and the Championsgate amenities were great. The clubhouse/pool is a quick walk from the house which was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Family Wedding week in Orlando

We all had a great time. Loved the Oasis pool and restaurant, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our home was much nicer than my brother in laws larger home just a few blocks away. The home was decorated with a warm feel. We had a few minor plumbing issues which I adjusted and their was some leftover dirt spots around center isle and wrapper garbage around the doorway. Beds were very comfortable and open layout was a plus for our family. Overall a pleasant stay and would reccommend to friends. Thank you...
