There were way to many steps for checking in and repetitive information that they requested before they would give the check in information. Then the house is in need of some repairs and we couldn’t access the club house/gym because the lock on the door was broken. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

This home was perfect for my family (husband & I, MIL 8 yo daughter and 15 yo son) LOTS of room and the kids when we were in the house were entertained by the pool table or foosball when in the house. There is also a ping pong table in the garage. Everyone had plenty of bathrooms to use and there was enough towels to go around. The washer and dryer were massive and you can get all your laundry done. Never once did we see a single bug and we were very happy with our stay. We would highly recommend staying and we plan on staying again our next vacation. Thanks

Nice big house

It was a great house for our family; very private but also close to groceries and a couple restaurants. Our pool heat wasn’t working for most of the week, but it eventually got repaired and they credited us.

Nice Property, But Not Clean

There were significant problems while we stayed at the rental. The property initially presented well and met our needs, however, the below summarizes issues with the rental (primarily with cleanliness): - At an initial glance everything was orderly and nothing noticeable was wrong, but once we settled in there was garbage under some of the beds and a significant amount of hair on the sheets of most of the beds. - There was also hair present within some of the dishes and cups. - There were numerous cockroaches throughout the house that we had to kill. - The floor was very dirty. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot inside the house for about 5 minutes. - The pool heating was inconsistent throughout our stay (we paid extra for heating). A technician did come out to fix it, but the warmth still weakened as the week went on. - There was no broom to clean up (we ended up purchasing our own). The property managers did send out pest control personnel, but it wasn’t until later in the week. The neighborhood was nice and we did enjoy the pool table and foosball set at the residence. Unfortunately, the aforementioned issues put a black cloud over our stay.

Weekend at tyscan

Overall the house is gorgeous. Everything you need is on the property, only issue is the internet is horrible and phone reception is horrible. 70% of the time the wifi wasn’t working
and I was unable to connect to my laptop at all .. also the alarm battery was low in the house and it beeped every 5 minutes through the day and night
 I was unable to notify bc the wifi was down :(
