Had a great time with friends for annual golf outing Reunion resort is a great centralized location to many courses The house was good with great golf views out the back of the house Only down side would be the house needs a little TLC in certain spots , other than that we had no issues

Great location

Overall we had a great stay. The house was at a great location. Loved the golf course being right out back. Made for great entertainment. There could be a few updates made to bathrooms and kitchen. Would recommend getting more baking pan. Also more silverware.

Summer Oasis

Fantastic! Great location with quick access to Disney and Universal. We felt safe and relaxed with the entire experience. Beautiful home with amazing pool to cool down and enjoy hanging out with the family. Hot tub was perfect. Would definitely return.

Quick Stay

The property was fantastic. We did have to call the hotline to have the pool heat turned on since it was not on when arrived and we had to wait to have it turned on the next day. They were prompt to turn it on first thing in the morning which was nice. Best property management despite the heat oversight.

Overall good stay

We appreciated that the owners were willing to use a non-toxic cleaner before we arrived to take down chemical exposure while we were there - thank you!! Overall the rental was clean and tidy. Centrally located with an Aldi and Publix nearby, as well as a CVS pharmacy. Please note that this is not a young kid-friendly property with stairs, lots of outlets uncovered, etc.

We love Reunion

This is our second stay at Reunion. The last time we stayed in a different house across the street. The pool got afternoon the afternoon Sun which was nice. The hot tub actually got HOT which we loved. You can’t beat the location being 20min from the Disney parks. We love the resort waterpark as well. The house had plenty of room for our group. Supplies like TP, paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent were limited but we were expecting that from last years stay. Overall we were happy.

Beautiful Property

Awesome property. Ours son played in a golf tournament at Reunion Nicklaus and this property was perfect. House was as pictured and described. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The rental was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. The pool heat was working as requested upon our arrival. The Jeeves staff was quick to respond to any questions immediately. Access to the water park was easy and a nice bonus. We will return!

Nice place overall

Comfortable home, but definitely a dedicated rental. Limited supplies, no basic items like spices, oils, aluminum foil, etc. and bare minimum toilet paper/paper towels/cleaning supplies provided. That was a bit disappointing. Some of the beds were not very comfortable. Had to call to get pool heat turned on even though we paid ahead of time, but the guy came out the next morning and the hot tub got hot which the teens loved. Resort is really nice with good restaurants but need to drive to get there. Traffic to convention center and parks was horrible. I’d stay within walking distance to convention center next time. Overall it was a nice rental, about as advertised, but no frills.

Pool issues and lies from management company

First of all the house itself is pretty much what the photos show and the only real complaint on the inside was the water pressure and temperature. Had to leave the water on for 10 minutes minimum to get hot water when showering and then the pressure was a trickle at best. The biggest issue we had was the pool. We paid for heat only to arrive and it not be working. Called the management company and told they would come look at it the next day which they did but informed us they had to call a pool company but that the company would be out that day. So began a 5 day struggle of calling each day to find out what was going on as the pool company wasn't showing up. On day 6 of our 7 day it was finally fixed. Truly disappointing as the pool and hot tub were the primary reason for booking the property. We felt like the management company continually lied to us about when the pool company would actually come. Having to call twice a day in hopes it would get fixed and be lied to was an awful experience for my fiancé and I. Don't stay at a Jeeves managed property. It's not worth the hassle

Great House!

I stayed here with my family and a close friend. There would have been enough room for another couple as well. The house was super clean and spacious. The beds we comfortable, which is a huge plus for me, and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen and living area is fantastic and there are plenty of places to go if you need to spread out. The pool was amazing and it was fun to look out onto the golf course. Close to the parks since we don’t like to stay on property, so that was nice too. We would definitely stay again.
