The property is located just across from Lake Fairview and fairview shores neighborhood. We are located just off from the main road Edgewater drive. You will have privacy and parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Heading south from our Duplex you`ll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of college park. If winter park is your destination, both Lee road and Fairbanks are just blocks away.

The property is in a residential area so please respectfully observe quiet hours

⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine

📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue

🅿️ Parking for 2 vehicles. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on the side of the home (septic tank).
