The house was a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse that was a 15-20 minute drive to Disney World. We enjoyed our stay and Al is an awesome host, he’s very responsive. The issue we had was with the HOA. Day before we got down there the pool was found to have leaks so we couldn’t use the pool or the playground, but Al refunded a portion of the rental without us even asking for anything back. We were also told security would need an ID to get into the property, but the gates were open the entire week so anyone at anytime could’ve gone into the gated community. There wasn’t a time that I didn’t feel like it was safe for my family, just thought it was a little odd is all. I would recommend staying here, a lot of stuff close by to do besides Disney and Al will take care of you. I would stay there again with my family.

This place was everything that it was listed to be and then some. I have never stayed anywhere that I did not have at least one complaint until now. It was clean, spacious, quiet (except for the daily garbage truck at 745, which they can’t control that) and beautiful. 30 minutes from universal, 20 from Disney, and 45 from the airport. We had an awesome vacation. Thank u for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We loved the theming of this house! We were here for a Disney vacation and it didn’t feel like we really left the Disney bubble. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

We arrived at the complex expecting more of a secure property but the gate was constantly open. Anyone could come or go as they please. It was an extremely busy complex and the garbage collection was not great. Allen was awesome, accommodating and responsive. The condo itself was well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and three showers were great for a family.Everything was pretty close by.The unit was clean.The biggest complaint I have is come the weekend, there was lots of loud music until late hours of the morning. With so many units there, in fairness to our host, there is nothing anyone could do about that.It was a nice place inside and a decent value. It was safe, my wife walked every morning and our family walked to the pool area several times.Worth while to note, the kingsize bed is upstairs as well as the two rooms with single beds. Just good to know when planning where everyone will sleep. We had a great vacation and I would recommend Allen as a host any day. He was awesome. Great spot for a group or family for sure.

While the Disney decor was a highlight, the property was quite dated with caulking peeling/falling off around the bathtubs, water damage noticeable on the ceiling, and a sharp edge on the master shower floor tile. The hot water only lasted long enough for 2-3 people to shower but with 7 people in our party that meant more than half of us had to take cold showers after long Disney park days. Also, the property was advertised as being in a gated complex, however, the front entrance gate never closed. That was a big reason we picked the place for security or else likely would’ve gone with somewhere for sure gated.

Townhome was great. Very clean upon arrival. Was more stocked than most rentals with toiletries/TP/paper towel etc. Kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need to cook. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Host was easy to contact and was communicable about check in. Overall very happy with our stay.

Stay was amazing! It was the most comfortable place we've been overnight. Super clean. Only downsides (which are mostly out of the property managers control): the process to get through the gate is obnoxious. They list a process to scan your ID. After you do that you get a robo "we'll be with you in a moment", then they ask you for your name or address. I'd tell them the address, then they'd ask for the name, then they'd ask me to rescan my ID. Every time. Additionally, the neighborhood appears dirty from the outside. The dumpster was consistently over flowing. That could turn some people off. Lastly, the email containing the pin to get into the front door went direct to my spam folder so I didn't see it until after we got there.All in all it was a great stay though, and everything about the inside of the property was amazing!

We truly enjoyed this townhouse, it was very clean, great amount of space, it was in a great location, Disney World not too far, Sam’s down the street, Walmart not too far and a nice selection of fast food restaurants. Allen the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Convenient place for anything in Orlando

We were minutes away from the convention center for our sons beta competition and less than 30 mins from all Disney and Universal parks - made it so easy to get too/from at the beginning of the day and the end of the day - close to Sams, Publix, Super Target, lots of great restaurants - we had lots of room, I brought cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, etc and didn’t need any of it as it was all there - we would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Orlando.

Girls Time Away

My sister, niece & great niece and I spent 5 days together in this comfy & clean home. From day one the owner, Allen has been great with answering all of my questions very quickly. Short drive to Universal Studios, where we enjoyed the Harry Potter experience. We dined locally at Whisper Kitchen & Charley’s Steakhouse, but were good! We even fed the ducks, (Turduckens in my opinion, lol) out back by the lake. Nice place to enjoy some family time!!

Very enjoyable

Staying at this property at Club Cortile was very enjoyable. My family and I enjoyed our stay and really couldn’t stop talking about how clean it was and all the extra stuff they provided. We ended up going to Universal Studios and Disney and it was a quick drive and easy to get to. I would definitely stay again if we plan another park vacation and I will recommend this property at Club Cortile. Also, the owner is very nice and very quick to respond with any questions or troubles you have.

Family Disney vacation

My family and I are very happy we chose this property for our Disney vacation. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was very cozy, clean and very close to the Disney parks & airport which was what we were looking for. The view from the living room & the master bedroom upstairs was also very nice.
