Designer Renovated Condo in Gorgeous Tropical Setting

Sanitized and extreme cleaning practices in place - unit and community is now open and ready to accept guests in a safe, clean and well managed resort. Beautifully decorated Caribbean beach style condo- one of a kind! Probably one of the most tastefully and updated condos in Bahama Bay! New owners completed a total renovation on this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit close to the main clubhouse, pool and restaurant. As soon as you make the turn in, you will feel transported to the Caribbean with the lush landscaping that encompasses you. Located on the second floor, the bedrooms are split, with the 2nd bedroom sharing a bathroom at the front of the condo, and the master king bed bedroom (all new mattresses) and bathroom at the back of the unit. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped including a Keurig coffee maker, full size washer and dryer and a 50 inch TV in the living area, and smaller TV's in the each bedroom. All linens and towels are provided.
The amenities the community offers are endless and include community pools, hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport.
Also there are walking trails, an on-site restaurant, an on-site spa, tennis court, pickle ball and volleyball court, a playground and a splash pad for the younger children.

Disney is just 15 minutes away and near to all the new restaurants on route 192.

Owner/Property Manager lives nearby if you have any issues. We strive to provide the ultimate vacation experience! You will not be disappointed!

Loved this condo! While the neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path, it's conveniently located and private. You'll find a variety of dining, grocery, and shopping options within a few minutes' drive. The condo itself is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect fit for traveling back and forth to the theme parks (Disney) over a two-week stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean property. Everything was updated and looks great inside. You can tell they put some good money into making it look really nice. The only small issue was that the entire place is hardwoods, which look great, we just prefer carpets...my fault for overlooking that. The other small issue is the TV in the master bedroom. We could barely see it, and other rooms' TV's were much bigger. So we just watched TV in the living room. Upgrading that TV would make it even nicer.All in all though, still a 10 out of 10.

Weekend trip with my daughter

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend due to her annual Cheer competition. We absolutely loved staying here. We've been to Orlando many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We would definitely stay again!!Very clean. All the amenities we could have needed were available. The pool just a short walk. Easy in and out access at the gate. Very much enjoyed out stay!

Joined my husband for a conference and we stayed extra time in Florida - it was a great place to stay! My only suggestions would be the towels, they’re a little scratchy, but HEY - if everything else is great, (and it was) I can’t complain about towels! We’d stay here again!

Great place for families

This apartment was a great place to stay for our family of 4! The place was really clean and the amenities were good. The only thing we did not like were that the blinds need to be replaced (missing some pieces). The host was great and responsive to my questions. A downside to location is that the drive to Univeral Studios is about 1 hr away due to the traffic (am and pm).

The location of the property is excellent! We were there for a baseball tournament and the fields were less than 2 miles away. Spent a couple of days in Disney, which is 15 to 20 minutes away and ate at some very good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Family trip

Property was clean, nice, quiet and looked just like the pictures. Splash pad was closed due to maintenance, I would have liked to take my kids out there to play. Host was nice and responsive. My family enjoyed our stay. Place is about 40-45 to get to Volcano Bay which we didn’t mind because we enjoyed the property!
