Disney Location with Secluded Pool and King Sized 4-Poster Bed

This constantly updated property, located in one of the nicest residential communities in Kissimmee, is a great base for any holiday in the area. Whether you wish to hit the Theme Parks, go shopping at the Florida Mall or along International Drive, play some fantastic golf, or simply relax by the pool, this home is exactly what you are looking for. It is fully licensed and professionally managed through a conveniently located local company.

It combines a great pool, that overlooks a beautiful lake yet is very private, with a home full with modern amenities including a large flatscreen TV, DVD player and movies, PS2 and games. Finally the master bedroom has THE most comfortable King sized Four Poster bed you will ever come across.

Kitchen comes fully equipped to cater for a party of up to nine, including large upright fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and extensive utensils. An adjacent breakfast bar has three stools for seating.

Dining area overlooks the pool through patio doors and has a large dining table with seating for six.

Master bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, large en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, hair dryer. Huge walk-in closet. Travel crib provided.

The upstairs landing has a futon, should your party have 9 guests. However the futon is not suitable for an adult.

Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4: One with queen-size bed and two with twin beds. TVs. Ceiling fans. Ample storage.

The private pool can be heated if requested. Pool heat is recommended between October and April. The cost depends on the length of your stay, with discounts available for stays longer than 7 days.

A very short drive will take you to the local supermarkets and restaurants.

The property and cleaning regime exceeds the current requirements stipulated by Osceola County.

Very nice house

Very nice house, spacious rooms, nice bathroom, very nice living room. Nice swimming pool overlooking a lake where the ducks and birds came to visit us !. The only minor issue was the door window which was difficult to open. If one day we return to Florida, we will return to your home .....

Communication with host was always answered quickly, check-in process was quick and efficient! The pool was lovely and the view of the lake was beautiful. The heating of the pool was especially helpful when we stayed in December. Make sure to read listing carefully and be prepared to bring and/or restock toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, even handsoap if you go through the single, small, soap medallions provided. Host provided one small toilet paper roll per bathroom, so if you’re staying multiple days with several people you will likely need more. Same with paper towels, one small roll provided. They did provide bath and pool towels. Cooking utensils were available, but no basic seasoning like salt or pepper. We also didn’t have a dish scrubber or dishwashing soap (either for handwashing or the automatic dishwasher which had standing water in the bottom).House was mostly clean but there was a pair of flip flops that were left under the dining room table, a pepperoni in the couch, some hair in the upstairs queen bee, as well as what appeared to be a blood stain on the covers of one of the pink twin beds upstairs.Overall it was a ok stay/house, just very high-effort to stay there.

The house was spotless. The accommodations were impeccable. Only minor issue was the master bedroom bed. It was too soft for my back. Would have liked the bed to be firmer. I needed to stay an extea day and it was granted without hesitation. Very qumuiet abd serebe neighborhood. The stores were very clise. Absolutely loved my stay.

Great stay for Disney

We had a great stay at this property whilst visiting Disney Magic Kingdom & Blizzard Beach water park. Pool was great. It was very hot and so we appreciated the ceiling fans! Plenty of space, comfy beds and everything worked well.Kitchen well stocked with the exception of pan sponge/ cloth and washing up liquid. As international visitors we didn’t bring these and they weren’t supplied, so remember to bring with you! Host was very helpful and gave us lots of useful local information which was great thank you!

The property was just as listed. 30 minutes from Sea World and other amenities. Clean. Had everything we needed. Pool was wondrrful. Only negative were the linens- they really need new pillows,sheets and bread spreads

Relaxing get-away

My husband and I stayed 9 weeks this winter. Really enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching all the birds in the backyard lake.Was thoroughly relaxing.Just think the bedding could be up-dated. Otherwise a lovely retreat.

The stay was okay

The bedding and accents wear a little outdated, there were ants in the kitchen and there was nothing there no seasonings no dish soap only the tiny bars of hand soap, no access to parking garage, one of the tvs didnt work in the room with the queen bed so i had to swap it out with a tv from another room, the blankets were extra rough.

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Stephen and Dianes house. Checking in was really smooth, and the house was amazing. Well stocked with everything you need, really clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool which was facing west allowing us to enjoy the sunset from the pool area. Neighbor Nelson was friendly and helpful and we got to taste his freshly grown mangos! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. About 30 min drive to Magic Kingdom. Supermarket is about 2 km away. Overall amazing stay that easily fits two families. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay!

The check-in process was extremely easy and straight forward. Communication with the property manager was clear, and the house overall was very clean. We used the house as a base as we spent our days out and about, so didn’t use the pool while we were there. Our stay overall was very pleasant, and it was useful to have access to all the amenities, especially as we were staying for about a week. The beds were comfortable, and the house was lovely, although a lick of paint wouldn’t go amiss, and it looked like the games provided weren’t complete - but this isn’t enough of a downside to take a star off our experience. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
