As a Hilton Honors member for many years, my experience with Mr. Luis Sanchez, who I thought I was respectfully addressing a customer service concern, but I learned from another manager at your hotel this morning that Mr. Sanchez lied to me about the Hilton employee who represented the Hilton brand as a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and undisciplined employee. Because I had never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as a Hilton customer, this shocking display of customer service cannot go unaddressed. My wife felt so humiliated that we checked out of your hotel and requested a refund, which left me so disappointed in Hilton.

Nice stay. Was upgraded after i decided to stay an additional day and couldnt stay in my original room. Parking is pricey, $38, and hope to find a spot. Could be a little loud since the rooms are outside and doors face the parking lot. Pool is open to midnight. The breakfast prepay was good, open buffet. Restaurants on site.
