I booked this hotel last year and was INCREDIBLY disappointed to see the VAST difference in rooms. The one I received this year, despite the same status in listing, was HORRIBLE. How could it be named a suite when it is barely a room?! BIG contrast to the other room that had a separate living room, couch, table to eat, etc. This room, room 302, barely even had a closet. I could not hang my clothes! The fridge broke and we waited over an hour for the repair guy to come and fix it while we really just wanted to go to sleep. The air condition unit is SO LOUD (basically bangs). I regret staying 2 nights here and it will be my last. It was also annoying to be greeted by a pushy sales lady trying to sell Hilton vacations when we really just wanted to get back to our room. I had to cut her off because she could not read the signs of our sighs, arms crossed, and short answers.

The sofa bed was very rough to sleep on. You could feel the wires from the frame. I didn’t appreciate the resort fees and parking fees you have to pay. I was also unaware that my card would be charged 150.00 dollars upon check in. You could hear so much noise from people talking loud and in the hallways and Suite cases being rolled up and down the hallways. Not to mention the kids running up and down. Not Satisfied at all

Clean and lovely, with friendly staff. Very useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We booked a suite with a double room and a sofa bed which had a sliding door for privacy which is great. And early access to Disney parks, with a free shuttle bus? What’s not to like! You need a code to get the shuttle for free- make sure to check before booking it!
