Our luxurious home is 3 bedroom with 3 full bathroom that sleeps 8.

- No cars are allowed to park on street

The Villa is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa. A $20/day fee (plus taxes)is due upon check-in. The fee is per house not per person. This fee enables you to enjoy the resort amenities:
- Pools: 2 heated pools with kiddie pool water slide and lazy river
- Fitness center
- Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and showers .

Enjoy the hot tub and lots of seating around pools and children's play area. They have white sand volley ball near pool and outdoor tiki bar.

- The home is protected by a Ring Video Doorbell. Camera is not monitored for Guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by Guest for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to Doorbell and its camera by Guest or Guest’s party may result in a partial or complete loss of deposit funds




As the busy season is just around the corner, we would like to remind everybody that charcoal and gas grills are not permitted on Regal Palms property. Basically any grill that operates with an open flame is not permitted to be operated within the resort. Electric grills are permitted.

Family room has 2 full size couches with s 55' LED TV with 300 HD channels.
Bedrooms have ceiling fans , wall mounted 32' LED TVS , alarm clock , and cordless phone.
Bathrooms have blow dryer as well.
Dinning table great for 6 people can fit 8 easy.

Fully Equipped kitchen.
Kitchen has fridge , stove, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee machine, blender, toaster, tea kettle, dishes,
silverware, pots & pans, all utensils you might need.

Our home also has for your security of personal property a full size safe in Master bedroom.

For families with small children a pack & play pen, high chair and stroller is available.

Our stay was perfectly pleasant at the Regal Palms. We loved all the amenities for our kiddo like the small chairs, stroller, and pool toys. There was a small issue with the entertainment system and Yvette went above and beyond to communicate a solution with us quickly. The floors were a bit dusty and the lights were many different warmths which I found uncomfortable but I imagine many guests wouldn't notice if one bulb is warm light and another is blue light. Check in was easy and the pool area was better than we expected.

Great communication

After being cancelled by two other property owners, we were thankful the communication for this one was so great since we booked only a few days before we left. Property was clean and exactly as described. The pool and amenities were nice but the the gated community wasn’t as safe as I would have liked.

We stayed there for 11 days, 2 adults 3 kids. We thought the place was great. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The kids loved the pools, slide and lazy river. The pools weren't overcrowded like some places. The grocery store was a short walk and Walmart was about a 10 minute drive. We drove to Disney 5 times and its about 25 minutes with little traffic, about 40 minutes around dinner time.

Great location and property

We stayed here for 2 weeks whilst visiting Disney and also attending my sister’s wedding. We had stayed at Regal Palms before so knew what to expect. This villa was ideal for us, great location, just a few minutes walk from the main complex and pool. It was very clean and well equipped and was literally everything we were looking for. We would definitely return.

Can’t wait to come back!

Check in was very easy and we arrived at about 2 in the morning The property itself was clean and tidy and a few minutes walk from the pool area. There wasn’t a picture of it on the listing but my favorite place to sit here was on the balcony off of the master bedroom. There were some camping chairs we brought up from the downstairs bedroom closet and just relaxed up there a lot. The pool area was nice. It was a bit busy for my tastes but everyone was so nice and friendly so it wasn’t terrible. The tiki bar was great. We loved the frozen margaritas

Yvette was great! She was easily reachable and prompt with responses. The property was nice. It was nice having an upstairs for the kids to play on the rainy days. The location was good, we did one day at Disney and one day at Peppa Pig park, both were short drives. Due to the hurricane hitting we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped.

Great vacation experience!

My family drove from Iowa for this trip so it was great to land in a place that felt like home. There were 6 of us and this property was very well equipped to make us all very comfortable. The townhouse was close to the pool, so that was a plus! The property manager was very helpful and easily accessible when we had questions. I’d stay again if ever in the area!

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our trip to Orlando. We had 3 generations at the house and there was plenty of room for us all safely to stay. The house was very clean and completely updated. The pool area is very nice. It is conveniently located with lots of dinning options close by. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I booked this property to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. The check in process went smoothly. The pictures where exactly how the property was described. The only issue I had was the refrigerator had a smell and the downstairs toilet needed to be cleaned better. Overall we would stay at this property again.

Very nice townhouse

Manned gated access community. Kids loved the heated pool while we were there in January. Very comfy beds, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy check in, check out and great communication by landlord. 1/2 mile to grocery and casual dining. 20 min to Disney even in morning traffic. My only criticism would be that there were only 8 bath towels that were like dollar store bath towels. I get nice towels get taken by renters, but these were pretty bad. The laundry dryer had an issue but maintenance jumped right on it. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Great experience!

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed the stay. My two teens enjoyed the water amenities and the ability to be in a separate part of the house. My two-year old loved the space. I enjoyed the upstairs balcony. (I like being outside). The only negative comments I have, which is the cleaning company, there was someone else's hair left in the bathrooms. They did not do a great job sweeping and mopping (if that is what they do). Also, I reached out to the owner to inform them of the large wasps nest outside on the balcony (change my plans of sitting outside for extended periods of time). She was very prompt in responding. We still enjoyed our stay.
