This property was nice but when we got into our room there was a used condom in the trash can in the bedroom and also a used tampon in the bathroom trash can. That kind of turned us off and when it was addressed to the hotel staff they shrugged it off.

The room had a funny smile to it, and I had a white hair all over my husband was so stuffy. He could not breathe. We were out the room the whole time.

Basically it was a good stay. Great breakfast. Nice happy hour. Food was just OK. Room was good. Only issue was the room temperature. My partner is older and I could only get the room temperature up to 73 no matter how high I set the thermostat. I talked to the front desk twice and was told someone would be up to look at it and take care of it. Nit sure if anyone ever came by and the issue was never corrected. I would have at least expected some kind of communication from the management that they tried to resolve the issue by dead silence so I just gave up.

I actually left the same night I arrived because the room was too creepy. There’s a window that goes out into the hallway which is weird and there a big gap under the front door that allowed lots of noise into the room. They were working on the elevators which was super loud and made the wait to go down very slow. Will never return. This review does not reflect the staff which were extremely nice and pleasant when I checked in.

Didn’t like: broken elevator, walls so thin we heard the person next door snoring and coughing all night. Room had a musty odor. For the rate we paid, we expected a better experience. Liked: the on site restaurant and free breakfast buffet were both good. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, other than the strange odor, the hotel was very clean
