The hotel is definitely showing its age — the decor and facilities could use an update. That said, it was clean and the service was decent. The staff were polite, but nothing really stood out. It’s fine for a short stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy, but probably not ideal for those looking for modern comfort or amenities.

Amazing!!!!

The suite was exactly how i wanted it! The staff was so nice and the lobby was absolutely stunning. Gave me and my friends exactly what we needed to have a great night after spendimg time in downtown!

Property was good not excellent. Elevator was down, only leaving one working. This led to longer wait times. Rooms were clean but stuffy. Unable to lower temperatures leaving sleep quality to moderate. Location had everything we needed in walking distance (less than 3/4 mile). Service was good. Initially did not have wash clothes. Called to ask for more wash clothes and was notified they were low on quantities (then order more). They delivered wash clothes and towels later in the evening. Bar was good to relax at with a happy hour proving 2 well drinks per person. Was not disappointed overall but obviously has room for improvement

Nice location close to restaurants and lake. The breakfast was really vast with many options. Room was spacious and clean. Decent gym and small pool. Street noise was a little annoying and I found the room to be pricey compared to similar hotels — I think because we stayed on a weekend when there was a concert

The rooms were great. I love the separate bedroom. I did have to pull on room door to make sure it closed, while the door to the room next to use seemed to slam everytime someone used it. Glass elevators needed to be cleaned and the parking was across the street. Everything else was great. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is nicely located in downtown Orlando, very nice rooms, clean and big. Love the breakfast. The only complain I have is the $20 parking a day that is being charge.

The hotel and staff was very nice. The lobby and rooms were so clean, the breakfast was was amazing and the staff at the bar was a complete joy to talk to. I would stay here again. It was in walking distance to a bars and restaurants

Everything was perfect, except for the rude check-in (check-out was great) and the room cleaning service, which we used only one day. She didn't replace the soap containers and the glasses were dirty. The Restaurant was excellent.
