Charming and luxurious vacation home set in the well-located resort of Compass Bay. This gated community over Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee area has easy access to the major highways such as Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive.



The community features two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ's, two kids' playgrounds, and a great heated swimming pool.



Guests will have a quick ride to enjoy all the world famous theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants & bars, natural trails, and have a lot of fun during their stay!

The ground floor consists of an open-plan which leads to the modern gourmet kitchen, living, and dining area. Guests can have a great family time with friends enjoying a movie while kids have fun in the game room and a delicious BBQ is being prepared in the private backyard.



Four luminous and delightful rooms make up the second floor. The master bedroom has a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Bunk bed, TwinSize over FullSize & Twin Trundle with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a QueenSize bed and the fourth bedroom consists of two TwinSize beds and a walk-in closet. On the hallway there is a full bathroom that can be shared by these last two bedrooms. The washer/dryer area is also in the hallway of this second floor plan.



A BBQ Grill (rental fee requested) and a Great Game Room on the converted garage highlight the fun in this vacation home.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



✦ Age requirement:

You must be 21 or older to book with us.
