Pool and spa heat is included in your reservation. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~100 degrees.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Not What We Expected

The layout and opportunities for leisure and play within the home had so much potential, but there were so many maintenance and cleanliness issues. I did stay in constant communication with the property management company. I hope the recommendations and maintenance can be addressed for future renters.

Very good overall

Location was excellent. Short drive to theme parks. Cleanliness of home was great. Pool skimmer didn't seem to be working properly. Resorr pool, store, and restaurant were closed for repair/renovation. This was disappointing since we were not informed.

Great place to stay for a wonderful Disney vacation

This property was fantastic from its amenities to its location. It was perfect for just sticking around the house and the neighborhood to heading out for dinner to running to Disney for the day. The space was wonderful for multiple families or just one family and had something for everyone. The rental process from booking, to check-in, to check-out was easy and hassle free. We would definitely consider a stay here again in the future!

Great villa

We had a great stay here. The property was exactly as listed and has great amenities. We had lots of fun in the games room and pool. The location is perfect for Disney and there’s a Starbucks and Walmart just around the corner. The communication was great and they were able to accommodate a late check out at short notice which we were very grateful for given we had a late flight. I would definitely stay here again.

House was what we expected. The lack of essential supplies was disappointing. 2 garbage bags, 2 dish washer pods, 2 rolls of tp was not enough for a 5 day stay. We have also never had to pay extra to heat a hot tub. We were asked to start a load of towels before we left with no detergent.

Fantastic Villa

We were delighted with the villa it was clean and decorated beautifully. We spent 15 days and it was amazing relaxing around a very good size pool which the kids loved was heated perfectly. Communication with the owners was no problem and the information supplied meant we didn’t need to communicate much if at all!! Villa is in a gated area with great shared water park facilities and small gym which is well kept. Also other facilities were available all great. Very short distance to Walmart and Disney parks great location. Thanks for a great stay !!

perfect for our Disney trip

This house was perfect for a trip to Disney parks and Universal with our family. The location is very convenient to the parks, dining, shopping, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool was fantastic after long days in the parks. It was just right for our family and we would certainly book it again for a return trip.

We loved our stay here. The home was in a perfect location, close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes from Disney.
