Built for multi-gen trips that actually work. Sleep 16 across 8 themed bedrooms, 2 accessible main-floor rooms, private heated pool, dual game rooms. Everything's here: baby gear, full kitchen, laundry, coffee bar. Resort lazy river included. Close to all parks. No surprises, no stressâjust space that works for everyone.
This isn't just another rental. It's the home we created so our own extended family could stay together without anyone getting left behind.
Picture this:
Grandma's sipping coffee in the covered lanai while the kids cannonball into the heated pool. She can see everything from her lounge chair. The teens are in the first floor game room destroying each other at foosball. You're prepping breakfast in the kitchen, watching it all unfold through the open floor plan, realizing nobody's fighting over a bathroom and everyone's actually happy.
That's what happens when the house is designed for how families actually move through a vacation.
Why Families Keep Coming Back:
We have families coming back over and over. That didn't happen by accident.
It happened because we arranged this house to solve the actual problems large, multi-generational groups face: not enough bathrooms, accessibility that doesn't work, hosts who disappear, "fully stocked" kitchens with one wooden spoon, pool areas too small for 16 people.
Our guests return (many are on their 2nd or 3rd stay) because the house delivers what the listing promises. No surprises. No "we'll make it work" compromises. Just a home designed for how families actually vacation.
Sleeping & Bathrooms:
8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, sleeps 16 comfortably
Main Floor (Accessible):
- Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with short step down, walk-in shower (grab bars, handheld wand)
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bathroom adjacent with short step down, walk-in shower
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 4 (Toy Story themed): Bunk beds (twin over full), Jack-and-Jill bathroom
- Bedroom 5 (Tron themed): Two twin beds, Jack-and-Jill bathroom
- Bedroom 6 (Lilo & Stitch themed): Queen bed, bathroom adjacent
- Bedroom 7 (Mickey's Runaway Railway themed): Queen bed, bathroom adjacent
- Bedroom 8: King bed, en-suite bathroom
All beds: quality linens, extra pillows, dressers, closets, suitcase racks. Every bedroom has a TV.
Why this layout works: 4 en-suite bathrooms for couples, Jack-and-Jill setup for kids, main floor bedrooms mean no stairs for grandparents, wide doorways (32"+) throughout.
Main-Floor Accessibility:
Your mom doesn't need to navigate stairs. She's in one of the two ground-level bedrooms with wide doorways (32"+), small step down, walk-in shower with grab bars and handheld wand, and a shower chair available if needed. She's not tucked away in some isolated corner. She's right there in the main living space, part of every conversation, every meal, every laugh.
We arranged it this way because our own parents stay with us, not feeling like they were being accommodated somewhere else.
Open living spaces, wide hallways, portable threshold ramps available on request.
Kitchen & Dining:
Imagine pulling off that big family breakfast without tripping over people. The kitchen's got the counter space, the tools, the coffee setup (Keurig, drip, grinder, fresh beans) for the early risers. Formal dining table seats everyone. Or take it casual at the kitchen bar or poolside table, wherever the vibe lands.
Grill duty? Propane grill's ready on the covered lanai. And when laundry inevitably piles up from 16 people living hard, the in-unit washer and dryer are right there.
Actually Stocked (Not the Usual "Starter Pack"):
Most rentals give you one roll of toilet paper and call it a day. We stock this place like we're staying here, because we do.
Kitchen: spices, dish soap, dishwasher pods
Coffee bar: beans, filters, sweeteners, creamers
Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup remover
Laundry: detergent, dryer sheets, stain remover
Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash bags
Cleaning supplies if you need them
When you're coordinating 16 people, the last thing you need is a Walmart run before you can make breakfast.
Entertainment Zones:
The beauty of multiple hangout spots? Nobody's forced into the same room all day.
Upstairs loft: Teens claim this. Board games, infinity game table, movie marathons. They're here but not underfoot.
Downstairs game room: Pool table, foosball, 60-game arcade. Grandpa teaching the kids how to really shoot pool.
Private heated pool & spa: Covered lanai, privacy screens, safety fence. This is where the day winds down with floating, talking, decompressing after the parks without competing for space at the resort pool.
Baby & Toddler Gear Included:
You're not dragging half your garage through the airport: 2 pack-n-plays | 2 high chairs | 2 booster seats | 2 strollers | Toddler dishes & sippy cups
Work-Friendly: Dedicated workspace (tucked away for privacy) | Free high-speed WiFi throughout
Resort Amenities (Included):
When you want to get out of the house: Lazy river pool | Kids splash pad & slides | Poolside tiki bar & grill | Fitness center | Beach volleyball, tennis, basketball courts | Soccer field, walking trails
Distance to Parks: Animal Kingdom: 15 min | Epcot: 18 min | Hollywood Studios: 18 min | Magic Kingdom: 20 min | Universal: 30 min | SeaWorld: 30 min
Close enough you're not spending your life in the car. Far enough you can actually decompress when you're done.
Here's What Actually Happens:
You wake up before everyone else. Pour coffee. Sit by the pool while the house is still quiet. By 9am it's controlled chaos: kids racing from their themed rooms, someone's making pancakes, the teens are already arguing about game rules upstairs.
You head to the parks. Everyone's tired by 3pm. You come back. Pool time. Grill's going. Grandma's watching from the lanai. Someone suggests a movie. The little ones crash early in their pack-n-plays. You're still up talking with your siblings on the patio, realizing this is the first time in years you've all been together and nobody's stressed.
That's the trip this house was built for.
No one's squeezed into tight quarters. No one's left out. Everyone gets the vacation they needed.
