Airport shuttle pick up . Driver stated he wouldn’t take us to A terminals because of extra traffic told us we would get let out on B side and had to walk with several suitcases which would have been impossible and a handy cap person very rude and inconsiderate had to pay extra for a uber when the airport shuttle was the main reason of staying at this hotel

The staff was amazing- Jose at the front desk to the gentleman overseeing the amazing continental breakfast. All staff members were professional and pleasantly accommodating. Everything was new, clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Our family’s 3 day stay was excellent. Management is doing a wonderful job! Consumer tip- If you plan to arrive to Orlando before standard 3pm check in be sure to ask about the early check in fee opposed to paying for an additional full day.
