Good place to stay for the price

We have stayed in this community previously so the layout of the house was just as expected. The pool was beautiful, there was plenty of laundry, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent which was great. Cooking amenities are what you would expect, basic pots, pans, dishes, etc. One of the bedrooms bed linens has to be washed before they could be used due to visible stains, etc. Generally speaking the beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst we’ve had either. There was a miscommunication regarding baby items; the listing said there was a travel crib, child toys, and a high chair but none of that was present in the property. The owner stated normally they would need to know that we required these items but that was not communicated in the listing. They resolved this for us within a day or so. The location was within walking distance from the clubhouse and pool which was great. Overall this particular unit wouldn’t be our first choice but it was good for the price.

Family's Spring Break

I saw the pictures on the renral website, and thought it must be too goid to be true. Imagine our surprise and Delight when we walked in and it was better than the pictures. The convenience of the Publix just up the street and ckise to all our favorite Theme parks. Check in was easy it took all of 10 minutes. This will be our Orlando rental.

Family holiday

The property definitely lived up to its listing being big enough to swallow a family of 19 easily. In terms of the Windsor Island facilities I think it’s perfectly placed. Just a short walk to the ‘big pool’ but far enough away to be in a quiet area. I found responses from the property manager to be really quick and they were really helpful. Overall a great stay and no disappointments.

Christmas break vacation

The house has plenty of space/bedrooms/ bathrooms for a large group. We enjoyed the pool at the house & the resort pool in the neighborhood. The kitchen in the house was not as well stocked as we expected & overall you can tell the house is a rental because of some of the wear & tear. Met our needs.

Amazing!!

This house was amazing for my large group of 12. It was everything we expected and more. The check in and out process was very simple. The company/owner was very responsive from the time we booked till we left with all questions or needs! The community was great! We loved that trash gets picked up everyday! The waterpark was also amazing! Between the waterpark at the resort and the games and pool at the house we didn’t need to plan anything else to keep the 9 kids busy! I definitely recommend this house for anyone!
