The motel, room etc was fine. Unfortunately when I made the reservation the customer service rep told me clearly to call the front desk for a shuttle at midnight to the motel from the airport because they would have someone come get us.
When I called I was told no shuttles after 10 p.m., and had to pay a $20 cab ride. The desk clerks said they have no idea who would tell me that as they never run shuttles that late/

The phone and clock did not work. They brought another clock but we did not feel safe with the phone not working (unable to get a wakeup call as a result) and with one of us being handicapped.

We were told 3 different times that there was transportation to and from Orlando Sanford airport. This wasn't the case. I called 3 different times and days to confirm this and was told yes, most definitely. Upon calling once we landed, much to my surprise, I was informed that they only have transportation to and from Orlando international, not Orlando Sanford airport. What a kick in the gut. We choose this hotel because of the transportation from the Orlando Sanford airport. I will not make this mistake again!! The night desk supervisor was a real jerk, he basically called us a liar in front of several other guests. Not very professional at all. He said what do you want me to do about it? We ended up getting an Uber to get to the hotel and then being treated like a second class citizen. I'm a veteran of 40 years and have never been treated like this anywhere. Have a great day.

Jeffery, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Firstly, I would like to say sorry for this behavior by our Front Desk Agent. We will certainly look into this matter further as this is not the expectation. It is true we offer ac complimentary shuttle but only to and from MCO International Airport not Sanford International as this is about 45 minutes away from our location. At this location we have never offer a shuttle service to Sanford Airport.
