Step inside to a bright and cheerful living space featuring two cozy sofas, accented with beautiful pillows in shades of blue and white. The room is complemented by vibrant artwork and plenty of natural sunlight streaming through large windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Multiple flat-screen TVs are available for entertainment, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with white cabinets, a gleaming mosaic backsplash, and all necessary appliances, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience, complete with essential laundry supplies and a handy ironing board.

Retreat to the serene bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor features a master bedroom with Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
The second floor master suite features a large King-size with a rich wood headboard, dressed in a deep blue bedspread, complemented by matching pillows and curtains. The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, bright lighting, and fresh linens to start your day refreshed. The third master bedroom offers two twin beds adorned with bright floral bedspreads and coordinating pillows, perfect for children or additional guests. The last master bedroom features a Queen-size bed and private bathroom with bathtub.

Bella Vida Resort features a well-maintained playground and a volleyball court for outdoor fun, making it perfect for families with children. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming, and perfect for evening strolls or morning coffee on the patio. Resort has immediate access to US 192, nearby there are convenience and grocery stores, thematic restaurants such as Medieval Times, Capone, and many other places and nature trails to explore.

Please note: The homeowner keeps 2 cars parked on the side of the driveway for personal use. Guests are welcome to use the 2 available spaces on the driveway and any additional guest parking spaces around the community if needed.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

Please note: the garage is occupied by the homeowner’s vehicle and is not available for guest parking.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
