Living
✅Your spacious living room has a comfy, new sectional and an immersive 75" TV with streaming apps that you may log into.
✅There are two game rooms: one immediately to the right as you enter the home and one in the garage. The garage game room is decked out with space-themed glow-in-the-dark murals, ping pong, foosball, air conditioning, and high-top tables/chairs. The game room off the entrance includes a brand new 55" smart TV, puzzles, books, blocks, gamer rocking chairs, & bean bag chairs.
✅The upgraded, refreshing salt water pool/spa does not include harmful chemicals and is much more gentle on your skin! Pool heat can be added for only $30/night. The pool deck includes a large lanai that provides plenty of shade, a gas grill, pool floats, string lights, a child safety fence, chaise pool chairs, and outdoor dining tables/chairs
✅The laundry room near the garage includes a large washer/dryer, plenty of pool towels, and an iron/ironing board.

✅Your kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher), blender, toaster, pots/pans, cookware, dishes/utensils, and a coffee maker with complementary coffee grounds. Your oversized island seats 4 and is perfect for a quick breakfast if you're on-the-go.

✅The master bedroom on the main level is none other than Walt Disney themed. It includes a comfy king-sized mattress, dresser, hangers in the walk-in closet, a brand new 40" smart TV, a reading chair, an ensuite bathroom with a spa tub and walk-in shower. You also have access to the pool deck from this master suite.
✅The upstairs master bedroom (left hallway) is "Imagineering" themed and includes a comfy, king-sized mattress, a brand new 40" smart TV, dresser, hangers in the walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub.
✅There are 3 queen bedrooms upstairs (right hallway) and are themed "Neverland", "Mickey's", and "Cocoa Beach". All queen bedrooms include brand new, comfy queen sized mattresses, 40" smart TVs, dressers, and hangers in the closets. There is also a full-sized bathroom in the upstairs right hallway with a shower/tub.
✅There are 2 bunk beds (or 4 twins) in the upstairs left hallway and we like to call this room "Minion's Manor". Completely decked out with Minions comforters and decor, your kiddos will love spending time in this fun-filled bedroom. Next to the bunk room is the full-sized Minion-themed bathroom with a shower/tub.
✅There are 2 twins beds in the upstairs left hallway that complete our "Hogwarts" themed bedroom. Complete with Harry Potter comforters, lamps, and dueling banners above each bed. Which house will you choose...Gryffindor or Slytherin?! đŸ€”

✅Each bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

✅Central air conditioning is a must in Florida and both the upstairs/downstairs AC units can be adjusted to your liking. Portable fans are also provided for your comfort.

Because we were the ones to report the damage that we did not do to the bed frame. You are putting the claim on us. I wouldnt even know where to get rocks to put under the frame. Your cleaning crew should have caught that. And what about the black algae in the pool. You should check the pool and treat befire each new renter.

Good experience

My family of 11 and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. The check in process was easy and immediate communication throughout the stay was exceptional. Most of what was needed was provided in the home. I wish 1 additional toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 additional roll of paper towels were included so I didn't have to squeeze in a shopping trip in my already busy schedule once we realized additional wasn't proviced. A small thing of laundry detergent and dishwasher and dish washing detergent were provided and appreciated. There were more than enough towels, dishes, and even 3 ponchos provided. Feom my understanding, bugs are common in the areas, so we did have issues with ants, fruitflies, and the german roaches, but as soon as i made them aware they sent someone to treat the home. Esthetically the house was nice. I would recommend cosmetic repairs in the master bedroom. That's often a focal point in a home and some of the door frame/wall damage, rust, and rot left that room a little undesirable. There was also a mechanical error with and upstairs shower door causing it not to stay closed. I reported it and not sure if they could've fixed it during our stay, but it didn't impact the use of that bathroom. The family was able to stuff a towel on the track to keep the door closed when showering. The pool area was nice and we were able to use their grill for a cookout on the last day. The house was was nice and met the family's needs. If I return, I would stay again.

Cleanliness was lacking

I’m not really sure what happened between all of the incredible reviews and our stay, but for us, the home was very dirty. Hair, bugs, dirt, mold, the sink was clogged and had a wad of ripped up cloth stuck in the drain,the fridge leaked, outside trashcan was full and so dirty it smelled and attracted bugs, cleaning items (broom and mop) were very dirty and unusable, lots of small repairs needed throughout, broken tile, holes in the wall, gouges in door, scuffs on many walls, the metal door tracks were so dirty it was hard to open and close the sliding door, pool deck was moldy, the air ducts are visibly dirty through the vent,no games for the game system, the garage game room was basically unusable due to almost no lighting and the lizards living in it from the large gaps under the garage door. We communicated throughout our stay and basically laughed at for having issue with continuing to mop up the leaking fridge.

Spacious family home

The property has plenty of room with more than ample bathrooms for the six of us and a small dog. The best feature is the open concept of the kitchen with the a large, convenient island adjacent to the living room with a large TV. The kids loved their own TV room and the game room with a ping-pong table and foosball. which kept them very busy and we all very much enjoyed the outdoor area with the hot tub and the pool . all in all we had a wonderful vacation with a lot of room to spread out. Also, the physical location of the property to Disney was excellent, and the clubhouse amenities were great as well.

Overall I would recommend this property as it sleeps many people, location is close to many amenities, and the property management is prompt in responding to inquiries. For the most part, the kitchen is furnished w basic appliances and dishes, but I was disappointed in the towel/linen selection. Very hotel grade, definitely nothing you’d find ‘at home’. Upstairs bedroom w/ en-suite bath has a terribly uncomfortable, squeaky, spring mattress/ pillows and the closet light doesn’t work. The opposite bathroom upstairs has a sliding glass shower door that doesn’t stay closed when showering. Its slides back open while you’re lathered up! Both easy fixes and hoping they will do so. I will also mention that there are no hand rails on the pool/sauna making it difficult for our senior family members to enter/exit the pool. We made due for a fine stay, but a few extra touches could make this rental more comfortable. (Maybe Kleenex, hand soap, a kitchen cleaning spray!)

Loved our stay!

Highly recommend! The house was perfect for our large group of adults, it's very well taken care of and the location is great! We were in awe of the character murals, they were an extra fun touch. The pool area is fantastic, offering sun areas as well as shade. We were especially pleased with the communication from the property management team, the whole process was easy thanks to Brittany.

Perfect home for Christmas Disney World family gathering

Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our family gathering. Very comfortable, well appointed home. Very close to the parks, restaurants, other entertainment for fun experiences. We frequently rent homes instead of hotels and one of my measures is how the property managers handle issues that arise, because stuff happens, just like at home. This team was outstanding. Wonderful neighborhood to walk our dogs as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious home in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Love the open layout. Lovely kitchen with island. Great dining room. Comfortable roomy couch layout in living room. TVs everywhere was a must. Game rooms were fun. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Wonderful covered outdoor area with plenty of seating. Hot tub and pool were nice; however pool not heated as requested, or pool heater not working appropriately. Loved the themed bedrooms and house.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home is in a secure area. The amenities are as advertised and the home is clean. We had 2 toddlers in our group and the game room came equipped with Legos and puzzles that kept them entertained. The host is pleasant and responds to messages in a timely manner. My family and I would stay here again if returning to the area.
