The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

You can park on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. There's additional parking at the clubhouse. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

1. Please note that the projector does not come with a remote control, and universal controls are not compatible with the Artliis Play 4 model. Not to worry, though – you can still operate the projector manually for your convenience. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

2. There is basic cookware available in the house.

3. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

4. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

5. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

6. We're happy to deliver:
→ a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

7. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
