This condo features one master bedroom with a King size bed and 2nd bedroom with two twin size beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private driveway and a single car garage. The kitchen and the dinning room are fully equipped.

Furthermore, this condo is equipped with wireless high speed internet, cable TV and DVD player (in the living room and master bedroom), and unlimited local and national calling, all available at no additional cost for guests. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
 
The Wishes condo is fully licensed and registered  in the state of Florida. We have a professional property management company on to take good care of the condo and provide assistance to guests.
 
The Wishes vacation home is part of the Oakwater Resort, a quiet gated community with a lake view. This resort is new and superbly located, only 2 miles from Walt Disney World, 10 miles from Sea World, 15 miles from Universal Studio and the airport, and 30 miles from Lego Land.
 
There are a lot of shops, restaurant, and entertainment venues nearby.
 
The amenities of the resort include a beautiful heated community pool with zero entry (perfect for little kids), fitness center, a 4000 sq feet clubhouse with Tiki bar, tennis court , playground and spray pad.

Condo was good. We weren't there very much. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator light was not working so it was dark in the fridge. The living room tv set up was confusing. There was a remote for a dvd player that wasn't there. They had a roku stick but no remote for it. There was suppose to be cable tv but we never was able to figure it out so it was confusing. The bedrooms and baths were adequate. All in all it was a good stay. Would recommend it if you don't mind walking up stairs to get to the condo which are right inside the entry door.

Choose this place, cause of the location and the pictures of the house showed a beautiful one. I know its was not the owner fault, but out of the 9 nights we heard police, fire truck sirens everynight. In the twin bedroom the sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off in the middle of the night. They were very old sheets. The pillows were do thin and flimsy that it wasnt worth sleeping on.There was food under the bed and the night stand. No dresser in the twin room. All the furniture had either stains or missing paint chips. Told we can't turn the air conditioning lower that 74 degrees, which still makes an upstair unit very hot. Wall Switches need to be marked for what they belong to. There was a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and was told we had to buy more if needed. The hallway bathroom shower make a horrible sound when on. Kitchen table was all greasy with fingerprints all over it. There was two different check-out directions, One on the door and the other in a 3-ring binder. Light bulbs need to be replaced as some are burnt out. Even though the location is awesome and only a 10 minute drive to WDW, the rest of it was not.

We chose this condo for a last-minute Disney trip due to its unbeatable price and fantastic location (5 mins to parks, 1 min to Walmart). The space is great for families, including a stroller, Pack 'n Plays, and a well-stocked kitchen.However, the unit showed significant neglect upon arrival. We encountered a broken sink, a fridge with no light, a gap under the front door letting in pests, a malfunctioning garage door, and initial cleanliness issues like a sticky carpet spot.While the handyman was excellent and fixed the major problems (sink, door seal), management's approach was lacking. They dismissed the garage door as an unfixable, complex-wide issue. I found and fixed it myself in seconds, a simple disconnected wire. The fridge light was never repaired.You get what you pay for. You're paying for space and location, not luxury or proactive maintenance. Be prepared to report issues, but know that the responsive handyman will likely resolve them. Recommended for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind a few hassles.

Convenient stay

This apartment was close enough to all attractions and had everything we needed during our stay. We do wish the pool and weight room were open longer hours but still enjoyed them one evening when we didn't have a theme park to go to. Would stay here again.

Perfect Disney Stay

Perfect location for Disney stay! We could not have asked for a better location. Loved the driveway so we did not have to walk from the car across a parking lot after a long day in the parks. The host was extremely responsive to my many questions and made every effort to accommodate my requests. We had everything we needed and Walmart was literally right next door without being bothersome. Comfy beds, great showers, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Highly recommend and will stay again! Great location for Disney parks

The property is in a great location. It is spacious for being a small 4 plex. Does need a deep cleaning on walls and floorboards. Regular cleaning was good. Needs some hand towels for bathrooms and kirchen items.
