You can be sure to relax and unwind in the spa with massage jets and optional heating for both the spa and the pool. The pool area is south facing to catch the rays all day long and includes a lanai to cool off and dine by the pool! Why not carry on enjoying the pool after sunset with the atmospheric lighting? The gas grill can be booked as an optional extra to enjoy family time cooking out by the pool. Inside the home, the main family areas are all tiled with laminate flooring in all bedrooms. Every bedroom includes a TV, ceiling fan and ample storage space. The master bedroom with king bed, and the 2nd king bedroom both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. The queen bedroom at the front of the home also has access to the 2nd king bathroom via a separate door. There is an additional poolside full bathroom for both twin bedrooms to use with convenient access to the pool. The open plan family area has a huge couch and a large screen TV that overlooks the pool area. Adjacent to this is the kitchen that is well stocked with cookware, utensils and crockery along with all appliances required for your home away from home experience. There is a Keurig coffee maker and ice maker for essential refreshments! Dining space is plentiful with both the breakfast bar and 8-seater dining table. What’s more is the air-conditioned game room both kids and grown ups will love with pool table and game console with gaming chairs, and games included. This home really has everything to offer for a wonderful Florida getaway in a perfect location!


Located in Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community, including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, play areas, and three lakes perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes within the resort. All the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.2 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
