Three of the bedrooms come with queen beds, one has a king bed and the others have either two double beds or two twin beds.

Great for Families

Nice house and location. Walk to the club. Good beds. Kitchen could use better cooking supplies including a baking pan to heat up pizza, and a casserole dish. Publix was 5 min away so we were able to purchase what we needed. WiFi was spotty and kept coming in and out. They told us we had too many devices on which is why it was slow. I explained multiple times but there was a language barrier with the maintenance guy they sent out. It never got fixed so we used our own hotspot when we needed to connect. Hot water wasn’t on when we arrived but that was fixed quickly. Otherwise we had a great time.

Not what we expected

Stayed in two properties because the first one had a significant water leak which had been reported to the property management but no action taken. After much instance they moved us temporarily. Properties were run down. Most of the amenities were broken. Hot tub had cold water. Heating of the water cost extra!

Great place

Loved our stay at this house. Neighbors were very loud but there is nothing you can do about that! Loved they way the house was set up! Beds were super comfortable! Only suggestions would be to add a fridge in the garage and replace the toaster (it’s terrible). Oh and have the garbage instructions written out somewhere!

Champions Gate location is great, but....

The furnishings are showing signs of wear and tear/disrepair. But that is not the issue I had with the property. 1. I hate to say this but it's gotta be said... the property has a big problem with cockroaches and waterbugs! 2. The TVs đŸ“ș do not work. The problem is too technical for the handyman to fix. I read reviews before I booked that complain of the same issue, I took it lightly. But after demanding from the management company every day that they come rectify the problem I came to the realization that they have no intention of repairing them. Since TVs nowadays are so technical, they have to hire a full time technician to run around to all their properties troubleshooting these finicky "smart" TVs.
