Discover this tastefully remodeled apartment, ideally located for privacy and convenience. The apartment boasts a prime location that offers easy access to downtown while providing a peaceful atmosphere. Assigned parking is available right in front of the unit, making it easy for you to come and go. Please note that if your stay exceeds five days, free street parking is available. As the owner of the apartment, I occasionally live in the unit, and some of my belongings may be present. Please be aware that the closet with hangers is not available for use, but you will have ample drawer space. Addition ally, some of my food might be in the fridge, so kindly keep that in mind. I should note that apartment came with travertine floor which gives appearance that its dirty even when it has just been mopped. The living room and bedroom are equipped with smart TVs that has streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Prime all included), and the unit has a modern kitchen and bathroom. If you're traveling with extra guests, the apartment offers a pull-out queen mattress and a comfortable sofa. Apartment comes with lots of art work making it cozy. Overall, this spacious and charming cozy apartment offers an excellent stay experience.

Phenomenal location. Cleanliness could be better.
Great proximity to Downtown Orlando, bars, and restaurants. Host was great with communication. Pretty affordable stay, but the apartment wasn’t that clean. Because the host lives in the apartment, cleanliness should be a much bigger priority than it appears to be. I didn’t make it a big deal during my stay because I tend to do a thorough cleaning myself when I arrive to any rental property, but if I had not done that, the stay would’ve been a lot less comfortable. Overall, it’s a great stay if you’re on a budget or need a convenient location. I would just suggest bringing a few Lysol wipes if you plan to stay. (And perhaps avoid walking on the floors with bare feet)

Awful Experience
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our check-in time had to be moved from 4pm to after 7 pm because the host had to clean the apartment himself. Although, I was understanding of this, my family and I had traveled all day, we had two small children with us and was exhausted. The host gave a tour, the decor was nice. However, upon preparing the kids for bed later, a cockroach crawled out of the sleeper unit. The blanket provided was dirty, the shower curtain liner filthy. The towels hanging in the bathroom were dirty, the dishes in the cabinet were also dirty..the list goes on! We left the next morning instead of the 6 days I initially booked. When I contacted the host, about it, I was told 1 roach was not enough of a complaint for a refund. He was unwilling to help until I contacted Vrbo. He then offered to replace the towels, shower liner, etc and asked me to return, but an apartment with even one roach is unsuitable for me and my family. The host’s resolution was to tell me my complaints were easy fixes and refund me $50. For the amount of money we payed, more effort should have been made to make sure the apartment was clean. Totally disgusting!

Nice little spot.
Very convenient location. Close to downtown and highways. Quiet area. Place was mostly clean and access to all necessities. Renter even left some extra for us to use. Overall a good place to stay.

Was asked to check in 4 hrs later than check in bc cleaner had not been there yet. Was fine w this as I had laundry to do having been at a hotel that week and had my car. When I did get to the property, owner msgd saying he would be unavail for the next hr.. which was concerning bc a car was already parked in the space for the apt. He then told me park in the #2 space. Lockbox was difficult but I managed to get it to work. When I finally got in, place was stifling and I thought how could someone have just been in here cleaning? (They weren't). There was 1 portable floor ac in the bdrm. which instructions said not to move. Bdrm was ok temp but thats it. I was greeted by several cockroaches.. one crawled right onto my luggage 1st thing. Everywhere I went.. there went a cockroach. AC unit was not enough to cool the apt in 86 degree heat so getting ready work next day was miserable. Shower head is rainfall deal in a super tiny tub/shower.. so even trying to wash was nearly impossible. The bowl sink didnt drain, faucet leaked from the base.. Nothing was actually clean.. kitchen was greasy, place smelled like an ashtray and my belongings when I left smelled like cigarette smoke. Everything is controlled by Alexa which is the owner's quirk so whatever.. I had no issue with the decor as some other had.. its not my business. I found the place impossible bc the smoke and the lack of actual ac (and also the immovable bars on the windows made me uneasy) so I simply planned to leave day early after a nap when I got back from my nightshift. This was Mon am and as soon as I settled to sleep b4 my 3 hr drive home, there was sawing & hammering in the ceiling directly above. I walked out to see the apt upstairs completely gutted, workmen going up and down. Construction truck parked behind the space I was supposed to park in and when I walked out to pack my car (no sleep just get out) I saw sharp screws had been thrown all around my tires. Upset.. I msgd to Adrian know all of this as I left and all he had to say was "please dont leave a review!" When I asked for a refund for a clear RIP OFF he said HE didnt appreciate people trying to take advantage of HIM. Took $800 of good faith $ for a place he knew very well had construction going on overhead. THAT was why he didnt want me checking in at 3 on Fri. So I got tricked for the wknd and was going to leave without a word and wNO review till he pulled his "taking advantage" bit. I can make more money. Horrible.

Gréât location for us/ lighting and general decor iffy
The apartment was in a great location for all we needed to do. All the artificial flowers and the bordelo lighting in the bathroom we’re a bit much. The Alexa controlled lighting was not a plus for us. Forgot about it on first walking in and then we were cooked. It could really use some detailed instructions for using the TV. Four controllers. We used two? The bed was comfy. Really need to upgrade the plumbing. Slow drains everywhere. Contacted owner several times and he responded quickly. With a few touches this could be a great place.
