Set in a peaceful location in the Indian Wells community centered located in Kissimmee our villa: Elegant is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story vacation Florida villa. House sleeps 06.

With almost 1500sqft of air-conditioned tiled living areas, fast Wi-Fi, a private screened pool, covered lanai and double garage. This rental property offers everything and more for guests visiting the area. Unlike many Florida villas, the garden and pool area are fully fenced for extra privacy. This ensures that you are not overlooked when using the screened private pool.

Indian Wells is the most central of the villa communities, located within Lake Buena Vista and all but borders Walt Disney World. With such a prime location and run by very experienced owners, this Florida villa makes the perfect base when visiting Orlando and the Disney area.

The spacious air-conditioned vacation villa has a vaulted ceiling, is very homely, with tiled living areas. The house is fully furnished. With a big television (streaming only: Free Live TV Channels, or you can stream your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc...) in the Living Room.

Whether catering for the family or a quiet meal for two, the dining area seats six and provides a relaxed and enjoyable environment. There is also a nook table for snacks and breakfast. Access the pool via patio doors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle. Cutlery, pans, and glasses are supplied. Bath and pool towels are provided. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your stay.

The elegantly furnished master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a huge king size bed, lamps, and television (Smart TV : Streaming only including live TV Channels). There is a large walk-in closet for hanging clothes. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower, WC,sink, hairdryer and space for those essential holiday lotions and toiletries.

There is also a second bedroom with queen-sized bed and television (Smart TV, Streaming only), along with a third bedroom with 02 twin beds and television (Smart TV, Streaming only). Storage for clothes in closets and cabinets. Located conveniently for these bedrooms is the second bathroom, with a bathtube/shower combo, sink, WC and additional hairdryer. For infants, pack & play and a high-chair is provided.

Furthermore, in accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa and guests must abide by this law.

*All trash must be bagged and put into the trash bins provided. Loose trash inside penalty ($100.00)
*Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (If house is not pet friendly - $200.00)
*Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)
*Smoking inside the house ($150.00)
*Illegal Parking (Grass, sidewalk, Street : $100/day each vehicle)
*No RV's or Trailers ($100/day for each vehicle)
*Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence )
*Temper with Pool Equipment ($500.00)
*Temper with A/C Thermostat (Set below 72F/Freeze Up unit - $500.00)

Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. The pool takes some time to warm up and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request the pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so, it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remainder of your stay. Pool heaters run 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
