Ok stay
The house was good overall, it was clean and had most of the things you would need for a stay. We were looking to celebrate my birthday with a pool and found this to be a good location for that. The garage games were definitely a highlight! We encountered a few issues that would make me think twice before booking here again: 1. The hot tub is not a hot tub, it doesnât heat up, and when I contacted the property managers they told me I didnât purchase a heating plan and that the owner told them I would have needed to do this at the time of booking. When booking through VRBO there is not an option to book with a heating plan. I contacted the owner to inquire (I still have no idea the cost for this because it was never offered) and 2 days passed and never heard back. I think itâs misleading to list a HOT tub and not have the ability to heat it,I would take that off the listing all together. I understand that the pool heating is an additional cost, but nowhere in the listing does it state that the hot tub will cost additionally too. 2. I stayed in the master bedroom and the light would go on in the middle of the night (multiple times) while other lights would not. The fan in that room would also would go in and out. This also happened in the other house bedroom by the pool, we didnât notice that in the 3rd room.3. The AC was locked at 74 degrees in FL heat. It was so hot, especially ant night time when the fans would go in and out.
