Arrived bathroom sink clogged. A/C didn’t work it was 90 and room was horribly hot. Took towels one day never replaced them had to ask twice for towels that day, finally got them that night. Never made beds or cleaned room for the full week there other than taken towels and not replacing them. Stanya shift manager was very rude not very helpful.

First we found a Roach. Then house keeping came and said they’ll be back in 20 mins to clean. NEVER CAME back the room had a bad smell. We went to the office to speak with a manager but the girl said she was the only there. Finally a guy came to the room saw the conditions took pictures and gave us a different room. Front desk person was terrible, with no manager on property to solve a simple solution.also no service in the other room, we only found new towels on the bed. They didn’t even make the beds or vacuum. Terrible service don’t recommend it’s poorly managed!!!!

Room was clean and comfy but tub leaked. Also, was not able to get breakfast when I arrived at 1005 as the door was locked.

This hotel is obviously older and in need of an update. The refrigerator and microwave were in poor condition and in need of a good clean. The toilet clogged twice and there was a moldy, slimy area behind the toilet and against the tub that needed some bleach. There were cigarette burns on the furniture, carpet, and the bed cover despite being a nonsmoking room. We saw roaches in the room on two occasions. I would not choose to stay here again.
