Excellent Room, Helpful Staff

The room we stayed in was excellent – no carpet and a glass shower box, which is a nice touch compared to many hotels in the U.S. Our stay overall was great, and the front desk staff were always very helpful and polite. On the downside, room cleaning has to be requested (it’s not done daily), and the service could be improved. Also, the rest of the hotel is in need of renovation.

Everything about the experience was great! At check-in, the staff was super nice and useful, very thorough in explaining the whereabouts of the hotel. The room was super nice, cleanly, and since it was recently renovated, the room was super nice as well! The pool was beautiful and overall the hotel was a great stay in which I would recommend to any friend :)

Good location, it has shuttles and the personal is super kind. However everything is wasted, I mean the whole property. The elevator is so old that scared me. It's pretty old and wasted. Additionally the breakfast is really really bad, all cold.

Nobody seems to care at all. It was very dirty in the rooms the staff ran the place without leadership and were very rude. Towels were always out and nobody did what they said they would do. My kids got ear infections from the pool. Very sad place to stay. With the right leadership it could be a great place but nobody seemed to care.
