This property is in a great area that is close to everything. It is a little dated, but clean and well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was amazing and when the AC unit died, he found us a new place to stay for the remainder of our vacation quickly.

Our house was Great very convenient to many stores. The house was very clean the pool was awesome. The neighbor was very quiet. We did meet the neighbor across the street he was very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend the house. We definitely would stay here again.

Great property

This rental is exactly as advertised. The bedroom layout is perfect....nobody gets disturbed by anyone else. It was clean, which is the most important to us. The pool and spa was great. Plenty of furniture on the lanai. No problems all week. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They were wonderfully warm and we hated to get out to go to the parks. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. If I had one little thing that could be fixed, it would be that a couple slats were missing in the blinds. Fix that and I would give it a perfect 10 rating.

Awesome Property

AMAZING

The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It was equipped with enough cooking utensils. I had a question and got a reply right away. The manger called to inform me about things going on in the neighborhood she was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We are already planning another vacation and can't wait to book again.

The property was in a great neighborhood hood, about a half hour from Disney Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld & Universal Studio. Beautiful home, could use a few minor updates (pots & pans, new paper towel holder and a couple of miniblinds replaced. But overall the home was beautiful and perfect. The pool & Hot tub were just what we needed on our downtime days. Communication with the property manager was easy & convenient with Farley quick responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Positive with a few hiccups

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the house. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The three master suites was a huge plus. The kids enjoyed the heated pool while the adults could relax in the hot tub. It was very clean, including the dishes and appliances. I have stayed a quite a few houses and this was one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest. The themed kids rooms were cute. One of the biggest cons was the temperature level we were instructed to leave the house. We werent supposed to turn the air lower than 75 degrees. This is too hot for most people. I was ok with it as I am cold natured, but other people with me were hot. It was just uncomfortable for them. The other issues were minor, including a shower head thay didnt work and the front door lock stopped working. The property manager was nice and quick to respond, so I am sure those issues will be resolved for the next renters. Overall, a good stay, but the temperature issue could be a deal breaker for some.

The house was very nice and clean, in a good neighborhood, communication was good. Lots of construction so you will want to get moving early to avoid traffic.

2022 Vacation

The home was very clean. Location is perfect. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants. Pool is a good size for the swimmers. Pool deck is perfect for the sun bathers. Lots of outdoor furniture.
