Beautiful, updated, 4-bedroom villa in the prestigious guard-gated community of Emerald Island Resort just a few miles from Disney and close to shopping and restaurants. Superb privacy! Secluded lanai features SUNNY, southeast-facing pool backing onto an 11-acre nature reserve with trails.

NOTE: *Spa & pool heat available at no extra charge from April-October.*

Fully equipped and updated kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, games room and laundry facilities. For our littlest guests, we provide a pack n play (travel cot); crib, booster seat, strollers, high chair and play kitchen. Our pool is also protected with a child safety fence. Older kids will love our standalone games room with pool table, foosball and dartboard.

ALL furniture in the great room is BRAND NEW (2022). Kitchen was renovated in 2023. All flooring and appliances are newer and high quality as well. The home comes with:

Lovely property

This was a great home to stay in. Sometimes we have found that the pictures on the renting sites don’t match what you get. BUT this one is. Tons of amenities such as beach towels, bath towels, games and great appliances. Property was clean and organized which I loved. The host of the home was great. If I called to ask a question she responded quickly and was helpful. Good location near parks and restaurants.

Great house for 2 families

We picked this house due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and closeness to Disney Parks. We had 2 families stay here, each with 4 people per family with kids ranging from 6yr old to teens.The game room kept the kids entertained at times and so did the heated pool when we came back from the parks early enough to enjoy. The resort felt safe and the property was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and it had all amenities that we needed. We would recommend to anyone with a group of 8 who needed a clean place with the primary basic needs of sleeping, showering and preparing basic meals.

Lovely property close to Disney

Both the property and the owners were wonderful! We stayed 11 days, had very easy treks to both Disney and Universal from the home. The neighborhood was lovely and well maintained and felt very safe. There were lots of little touches that made the stay easy. Target and Publix were an easy drive away, plus tons of restaurants in the area. We had the misfortune of needing to weather Hurricane Milton while we were there, but the property owners were wonderful communicators and we came through safely (perhaps hurricane readiness is not your first concern in a rental, but know that this home was safe and sturdy during a Cat 1 hurricane). Really can't recommend this one enough.

The Perfect Orlando Property

We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was as listed. The home was in close proximity to all the theme parks and conveniences you could need. The one query I had the hosts answered almost straight away. Fantastic communication. 10/10 stay and would stay here again without a doubt.

A great stay for a great trip

We had a wonderful trip to Florida, and a big part of that was having such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and the late night frozen pizza after the parks. Host was responsive to my messages on this platform. Would stay again!

Superb house in great location

We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in Orlando and enjoyed staying in this villa. Emerald Isle is well maintained and secure and the staff are helpful. Maintenance is excellent and everything is tidy. A few neighbors were a touch noisy but nights were quiet and you feel well screened by the hedges and woodland out back. The pictures of the property are very accurate. Bedrooms are well furnished and mattress and pillows very comfortable. AC is temperature controlled and ceiling fans keep airflow cool even though it's 100+ outside. The kitchen has everything you need and the appliances are all in good condition. My teens enjoyed the big Samsung TV and cable tv plus TV's in all bedrooms too. My boys also enjoyed the superfast wifi with boosters to ensure coverage was great in all areas. Download at 400mbps so a good setup. The games room was in good nitch with all balls, cues etc in great condition. The table is 8ft slate bed so it's a great table to play 9 ball in the evenings. The pool was a nice size and in good condition with weekly cleaning taking place. Outdoor furniture was solid and the recliners and outside dining table, aluminum and not rickety white plastic! The outdoor lighting and fan meant eating all fresco was a pleasure. All in all a great house in a great location and lots of decent little touches to make for a great holiday.

Great location, nice villa

This villa is pretty close to Disney which is ideal to pop out and back again. Very comfortable beds and all the main things needed. Nice being on a gated resort. The only negative, out of the owners control, is zero recycling and literally everything into large trash bags. Obviously climate change not an issue here!!!!! Rant over! Anyway would we return? Absolutely. That says it all.

Great Location

This house was great for our trip to Orlando. It is in a very safe neighborhood, and an excellent location for visiting Disney. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is clean and the game room was nice to have. Furniture is comfortable. Good communication with the owners. The pool and jacuzzi did not get to the correct temperature, but was still warm enough to enjoy.

Beautiful Resort

The property was well maintained. We only had one issue with the keypad entry and the number not working. Called the property management company and they gave us the number for the lox box with a key. We received a new number for the keypad promptly. We would definitely stay at this resort again. It is very close to Disney and there are many options for food close by.

The house appears to be nice when you walk in, but we had to wash all the linen, because 4 of the beds had hair on them and the toilet in one of the master bathrooms was dirty also some of the dishes. Lastly the hot tub wasn't really a hot tub it stayed Lukewarm the entire time. Didn't contact the property owner because the times i did they just said check your property guide. But once we got everything cleaned up, we had a good time overall.

Christmas 2023 Family Vacation

Our family vacation was wonderful! The house was large, clean and organized. The pool and spa were heated and it was so nice to enjoy the spa after long days at the park. The pool table was a hit with my 12 year old grandson. I would definitely rent this place again.

The house was just the right size for our family but it could use some updates. The mattresses were very soft and the pillows were old. The kitchen could use a toaster oven and perhaps a keurig. Also the refrigerator had a water and ice dispenser but it wasn’t connected which was very frustrating! The linens were very nice! And the game room was a nice touch! The location was perfect for our access to Disney! The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful!

Perfect for our vacation

This was the perfect rental for our vacation. The pool was perfect for the kids and the adults loved the spa. The play room was awesome in the evening. It was nice to be able to make home-cooked meals instead of eating out all the time. Not far from Disney. There was a park for the kids. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and use it again in the future.

Great Choice!

All contact was very easy. Very clean. The pictures and info on line are accurate. It was a very beautiful and comfortable home. Very clean and plenty of room. We were 2 couples but it would be great for a family, plenty of space, beautiful pool and outdoor area. several of places to have dinner together. Tv in each room and a pool table. Lots of dishes, cups and all you’d need to cook meals. Very close to Disney and the other parks. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location & Property Management

This property is in a great location if you are wanting to go to any of the Disney parks. It is very close to Animal Kingdom. The neighborhood was great and easy to access. Lots of restaurants and stores to easily access. Some nice parks and walking trails right in the neighborhood. Overall, the property was great with the private pool in the backyard. There were some toys at the property, strollers, and high chairs. The one thing we noticed during our stay was that the property could use some deep cleaning of vents, baseboards, etc. Some of the furniture and linens could use replacement or cleaning as well. Other than that, the owners were super responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again!

Looking at the pitures during the booking process I was worried that the actual place would not live up to expetations. I must say I was delighted that it was just described. Disappointing first Vbro Stay (But Excellent Communication)

This was our Vbro booking and it was very disappointing on many fronts. The not so good: We were made aware that there was no AC the day before our flight from New York. We were also told that there’s a possibility it will be fixed before our arrival. However once we landed in Orlando, we were informed that the fix would not occur until the latter part of our stay. Because it was a holiday weekend and no other properties were available, we hoped for the best and stayed with no AC. It was a rainy few days and the temperature wasn’t bad, but then we discovered the pool wasn’t heated. After inquiring about that, we were told that the Freon from the AC was affecting the pool heating. On our fourth day in the house, some Freon was added, which cooled the house. We were then told that the pool heater is not working (a separate issue from the AC as previously told) and would not be operational during entire our stay. The pool and surrounding area weren't very clean and the storm door to is broken (latch) so it couldn't stay closed. I have two kids so they were there for the pool and it was disappointing. The good: With all the curve balls that occurred, the owner stayed in constant communication and was sincerely apologetic. We will be receiving a partial refund for all the inconveniences. The house and rooms were well maintained. The beds could use some updating. The location is great and honestly, had it not been for the other inconveniences this would be a higher rating. Although we will be partially refunded, I would’ve preferred to pay full price for a better experience.
