A 4 bedroom villa with 2 master suites situated in the lovely private community of Oak Island Cove, just 3 miles from Disney World!

This fabulous air-conditioned vacation home comes with everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a games room and many other amenities. You’ll find everything you need to keep your family both comfortable and entertained, ideal for guests who are looking for something just that little bit special. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV is included.

Backing onto a beautiful lake, you can admire the tropical plants and wildlife when you relax from the comfort of the enclosed deck and south facing pool area. We made sure our decor is upscale and stylish but not at the expense of your comfort. It is your home away from home. So kick off your shoes and relax.

FAMILY ROOM
A spacious informal lounge area with large corner sofa. The family room is open plan to the kitchen and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV with BluRay player and cable TV. Access to the pool deck is via the sliding doors and there is an uninterrupted view across the lake. An altogether stunning room.

KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything you will need to cater on your vacation, including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with seating for 4.

DINING ROOM
Located just off the kitchen and family room, our formal dining area contains a beautiful table with seating for 6/7 people.

MASTER BEDROOM 1
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished room. Our King bedroom also has a TV with cable and DVD player, ceiling fan and a walk-in wardrobe off the En-suite Bathroom. The King room has a view across the pool and the lake.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM
A spacious en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub, shower and WC.

MASTER BEDROOM 2
A luxurious Queen size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our Queen bedroom also has a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and a ceiling fan.

TWIN BEDROOM 1
Tastefully decorated with a Palm theme, this bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOM 2
Directly across from the Queen and Twin bedrooms is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bathtub and WC.
All towels and linens are supplied.

TWIN BEDROOM 2
This contemporary bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD and a ceiling fan. This Twin room has a view across the pool and lake.

BATHROOM 3
Directly across from the second twin bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

GAMES ROOM
To keep you entertained we have various games available, including a slate- bed pool table, air-hockey, and table tennis.

POOL & LANAI
The lanai area offers some welcome shade with a table and chairs before leading you to the South facing, covered pool deck, here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the pool. Please note pool heat is automatically included in your quote. Contact us if you would like it removed from your booking.

Having stayed here before, we booked again and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house and pool is lovely and such a great relaxing view over the lake added to the vacation. Hope to be back again soon.

House was nice and clean. Centrally located to the theme parks. However, the house lacked basic necessities such as paper towels, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Had to buy these. Also there were no trash bags in the kitchen, only the one in the trash can when we arrived. Luckily there was a 7-11 nearby but wasn’t expecting to have to buy these things. I’ve stayed at quite a few homes through VRBO in Orlando as well as other cities and they have always had everything needed and then some.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. Beds and sofas comfortable. House could do with an update but that’s fine with use as long as everything is clean. I did have to clean some things before using. The most disappointing was the complete lack of supplies in the kitchen. Not even as much as salt and pepper. We have stayed at numerous homes but this is the first home with absolutely no supplies. Other homes have some things. Use what you need but leave what you purchase and don’t use, for the next person. That being said we would stay at this home again.

Nice house, needs some updating

Overall a good value for a four bedroom house. Pool was in good shape. Overall house ok, nice neighborhood. "Game room" was just a garage which was too musty to use. Shower in front bathroom needs a new showerhead. Some tiny bugs all over the counters (maybe this is normal in Florida?). Need to shop for TP, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, garbage bags, coffee filters. There is only enough supplies for one day or so with a family. Would stay again since 4 bedrooms for this cost is not a bad deal, but know that this house is not "high end" at all, but adequate for a family who won't be spending a ton of time at the house.

Somewhat disappointed

The “game room” was underwhelming to say the least. There was a billiards table but no air hockey table as shown in pictures. The house was cozy and comfortable with cable TV, which was nice since we had rainy weather. The AC was locked at 73. At night we prefer the AC to be at 70. One small roll of toilet paper was provided so we had to purchase more. Water pressure in the master bathroom was good but not good in the bathroom in the front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was quiet.

Family holiday

Great location but the villa could do with updating as the decor, furniture and kitchen appliances were tired and some damaged. Unfortunately during our stay we were unable to use the safe as it was locked. The owner and management company were trying to rectify this but it did not happen during our stay. This is an important factor in booking any accommodation when on holiday as we like the security for our personal belongings and had to carry them with us each day we were out!

Wonderful Villa

Excellent location for Disney parks, and Universal parks 30 minutes away. We really enjoyed the private pool, with nice views across the lake. The only minus was the games equipment in the garage. Pool table in poor condition and air hockey table broken.

Location of this property was great so close to Disney which was why we chose it. Overall property was ok, lovely rear view, nice lounge area comfy settees but could do with some TLC. Not enough tableware to use outside near pool, fridge had broken shelf in door fixed with black tape, not enough pool towels. These were minor things that didn't spoil our holiday overall, but would deter us from booking again

Great home so family can stay together on vacation

Beautiful, clean home. Close to everything. We enjoyed the pool daily and the couches were so comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked and we used the washer and dryer to keep up with clean clothes and towels. Very quiet neighborhood and the view from the pool is lovely. Beds were comfy. Just remember to buy toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to keep up with your supplies during your stay. Other than that, everything was stocked. Thank you again!

Great location Good Value

No complaints. Family of 5, visited both Universal and Disney. Like 25-30 min to universal and 15-20 to Disney (AK even closer) For a family our size much better than cramming into a hotel or paying some outrageous price for a suite or double rooms House was clean, maybe a little dated but neighborhood was nice. Pool Table in garage is pretty beat but fine for playing for fun. If you are just looking for a place to crash and hit the parks this is a great location and great value I would recommend to bring extra necessities (paper towel, TP, paper plates, dish soap, etc) but otherwise well stocked with kitchen ware Host was responsive to the few questions I had, check in was easy 5/5 would recommend or stay again

Close to the Action

Overall place was fairly clean, location to Disney was great. Pool was nice and clean and very comforting after a hot day at the local parks. We had great views of fireworks at night due to the 4th of July weekend. Had a few minor issues that the owners responded to promptly. Overall a very positive experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found things exactly as expected. The house is located in a quiet, perfectly situated neighborhood. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear. We had a couple observations although nothing that required a call to management. Several of the wall switches did not control the ceiling fans, specifically the master bedroom and the living room area. The living room fan didnt have a pull cord so it runs constantly. The other small issue was some bleach stains on the bed sheets in the full size bed bedroom. Bedding was clean just didnt look the best with white stains on one corner. We found everything we needed near by or already at the house sans food and drink. Plenty of room to relax after a day in the nearby theme parks. Every property claims to be close to Disney but this one really is! Perfect location!!! The pool is a super amenity and was clean and fresh. A great week, we hope to come again.

Amazing property management

We had a shower rod come down on our second day, and the office sent someone over immediately to take care of it. There was another question I had about the property that I can't recall, but the lady at the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I found myself looking for excuses to call the office to talk to her! Property was clean and well maintained, kids loved the pool. Very convenient to Disney.

All things promised were provided and things not promised were not, e.g., toilet tissues.

The villa was clean and the kitchen pristine which was much appreciated. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and there was enough room to spread out. It is not well maintained however and not everything works- garbage disposal, clothes dryer, etc. Could be really spectacular with an update.
