Erin, thank you for your recent stay with us. We do appreciate the feedback from our guest. Magnets can deactivate the keys that we use for our rooms. I do apologize for the inconvenience of that happening. Our management will look to see who cleaned your room and talk with them. This is very uncommon for our staff. If the front desk had been notified, our management would have made sure things would have been fixed during your stay.

On behalf on the entire staff, we sincerely apologize for what you experienced here at this hotel. We are scheduling a date to start our renovation project. I agree that there are areas of improvement needed throughout this facility. Each one of your concerns will be directed to the appropriate department. It appears that we dropped the ball in several areas. I do want to mention that the sensor behind the TV is a CO2 detector not a motion sensor. A restaurant upgrade is something we are trying to include in the renovation as well. I respect and appreciate all this information shared and hope you have a great day.
