The property did not have record if our reservation and I had to pay a second time in order to have a room for the night.

the cards to the room did not work, so we needed to go back to the lobby every night to fix them. it was a long way to go when you are tired after a long day. we also found a cockroach in the room. Cleaning service would not come back a few hours later when they arrived at 9:00 and did not keep up on supplies of shampoo, lotion or toilet paper

Erin, thank you for your recent stay with us. We do appreciate the feedback from our guest. Magnets can deactivate the keys that we use for our rooms. I do apologize for the inconvenience of that happening. Our management will look to see who cleaned your room and talk with them. This is very uncommon for our staff. If the front desk had been notified, our management would have made sure things would have been fixed during your stay.

This place I feel was incorrectly advertised,it says HOTEL,it's not it's a MOTEL.It only had housekeeping every three days,only emptying the trash and making the beds and giving us three towels,when I had four guests for Eight days.The smell in the room smelled like a damp basement,had to buy a plug in air freshner for the room to make it bareable.I couldn't turn down the air conditioning at all because when I did the floors and all surfaces got all wet.So it was a 66 degree cooler/basement for us.The location was great so we made sure we only came back there to sleep.It also said it had a restaurant,it didn't have any food other than hotdogs and booze.Extremely disappointedly I will never go back there,will investigate better next vacation.

Our room smelted like a basement,so damp the air conditioner has to be on fulll blast all the time.The housekeeping was half ass,meaning giving toilet paper and making the beds don’t mean housekeeping.This place is listed as a hotel but it’s really a MOTEL.Also no room service as advertised just a bar available,no food.The only nice thing was the pool and location.Wouldn’t recommend thumbs down!

Don’t do it! First off this is a Motel, not a Hotel despite its name. Everything was stained. The couch has stains, the chairs had stains, the towels had stains, the walls has stains. The floor was tile and perpetually sticky, I had to always wear my flip flops or your feet were dirty from the floors. The toilet did not flush properly, we had to hold the handle at least 30 seconds to flush. The sink broke our second day. The shower pan was so shallow, and the curtain so inadequate every time you took a shower the bathroom floor would flood. The bed only had a light sheet and thin blanket. No comforter. I had to call to ask for more blankets and they brought the wrong size. Don’t touch the TV!! Apparently their clientele like to steal TVs as they are outfitted with a motion sensor. The elevator inspection expired over 6 months ago. Breakfast was ok, but don’t eat the eggs. They are powdered eggs. I called the front desk, it took 2 minutes for anyone to answer. Staff was hit or miss, I had a hard time checking in but my husband had a polite staff member when asking them to repair our sink. One of our lights had a nightlight bulb, we had to ask for a real bulb. The sage was broken and therefor inoperable. It is a good price but not worth it. We would never stay here again and do not recommend it.

On behalf on the entire staff, we sincerely apologize for what you experienced here at this hotel. We are scheduling a date to start our renovation project. I agree that there are areas of improvement needed throughout this facility. Each one of your concerns will be directed to the appropriate department. It appears that we dropped the ball in several areas. I do want to mention that the sensor behind the TV is a CO2 detector not a motion sensor. A restaurant upgrade is something we are trying to include in the renovation as well. I respect and appreciate all this information shared and hope you have a great day.
