All of our cottages are consistently decorated & equipped with all of your vacation needs. Cottage guests receive access to all resort amenities, a premium experience and friendly, genuine, island-inspired service. HOUSE RULES



OCCUPANCY: The Contracting Guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years old, occupy the rental property for the entire length of stay and comply with the occupancy terms herein.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Two (2) per bedroom + Two (2) additional guests



PAYMENT AND CHECK IN: Deposits will be collected based on your confirmation details. The Contracting Guest must present a valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. If this credit card does not match the advanced deposit, then the full stay will be authorized on the new card. If credit card holder will not be onsite, then a completed credit card authorization form must be received and completed in full prior to guest arrival by the card holder. Please note that the credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $300 to cover incidental charges including any purchases charged to the account while at the resort. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.; additional charges may apply for early arrival or late departure.



PARKING: Self parking is included with Resort Fee. Valet is an additional $35 plus tax per night. Guests and visitors are only permitted to park in the two parking spaces in front of the Cottage as per the community bylaws. Parking along the side of the street or on the pavement or sidewalk is strictly prohibited. Recreational and commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. may park in the gravel parking lot at Island H2O Water Park; they cannot park in the spaces located in front of the Cottages. Community security officers will accompany the guest to this lot so that they may park accordingly without blocking areas of employee and guest parking for the water park. A guest information form will need to be completed so that security can contact the guest in case vehicle relocation is needed during their stay. Vehicles with branding, signage, and wraps are not permitted in front of the Cottages; these vehicles may park in the self-parking lot near the front of the resort.



KEYS AND LOCKS: The Management Company will provide keycards to guests which will expire upon departure in accordance with the checkout procedure



SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the Homes. There is a $250 smoking fee.



PETS: Margaritaville Resort Orlando welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged $40 per night per dog for the Cottages. A maximum of two dogs per Cottage is permitted. Accommodation type and location restrictions may apply. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the Cottage. Dogs should not be left in a Cottage unattended. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Certified service dogs are welcome at the property and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.
