The comfy living area is arranged for both relaxation and entertainment, with a large sofa and a flat‑screen TV. A free washer and dryer let you pack light and keep clothes fresh throughout your stay. The full kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and dishes, so you can easily prepare breakfast before heading out or a dinner to enjoy al fresco.

a sought-after area known for its charming, historic feel, tree-lined streets, and proximity to downtown Orlando. College Park is known for a mix of mid-century homes, boutique shops, and cafes along Edgewater Drive, making it a popular choice for professionals and families.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood it’s popular for its walkability, also boasts easy access to parks like Lake Ivanhoe and Dubsdread Golf Course adding to its appeal​ and making it great for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, it’s located near downtown Orlando, offering easy access to urban amenities while retaining a suburban feel.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
