Beautiful house (2270 sqft) inside a Resort. Tired of going to the parks everyday? Enjoy some rest and have some fun with your kids in a private game room, or have a BBQ next to your private pool, and use a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the clubhouse that offers a cafe/restaurant, big pool with water slide, spa, lazy river, gym, playground, and tennis court.

At the house, you will have available for you a private pool (heater available for an additional $40 per night- has to be for the entire stay), and a private game room, with arcade games, PS4, and TV. The game room has a sofa bed for additional guests. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and are decorated with different themes. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are set up on an open-concept layout, facing the pool and backyard, so you can enjoy even more your moments with family and friends.

For your convenience, there is a bedroom on the first floor, with a full bathroom right next to it. The other bedrooms and the game room are located on the second floor.

� Two designated free parking spots in front of the house. Additional free parking space is available on the street.

� We offer complimentary WiFi.

� Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table (2 chairs), crib, and baby tub.

� Free washer and dryer available at the house.

� We offer pool heating for an additional $40 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90� (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

� We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

The Solterra Resort is a very quiet and prestigious gated community. It is guarded by a 24 hours security and located only 12 miles (17 km) from Walt Disney World Resort. Other attractions in proximity include Universal Studios, 21 miles away (33km), and SeaWorld, 17 miles away (27km). Casual dining restaurants are plentiful in the area. There is a Walmart located 7 miles from the resort and a Publix grocery market within 2 miles.

Even though the Resort is only 12 miles away from Disney, there is no public transportation that can take you there. The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber. We offer free parking at the house.
