The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the distant laughter of children at the nearby water slide, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from a fully equipped kitchen. The townhouse feels like a private retreat, yet the buzz of the resort’s pool, lazy river and indoor playground invites you to explore together. After a day at Disney, you’ll unwind in a spacious living area that opens onto a quiet outdoor seating nook for two.



Sleeping arrangements

- Downstairs primary bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2, en‑suite full bathroom.

- Upstairs primary bedroom: Queen bed, sleeps 2, en‑suite full bathroom.

- Star Wars bedroom: Two twin beds, sleeps 2, shares a full‑size bathroom.

- Harry Potter bedroom: Two twin beds, sleeps 2, shares the same full‑size bathroom as the Star Wars room.



Living space

A large living room comfortably seats the whole family, with a TV for relaxed evenings. Adjacent to the sofa, a small patio offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a nightcap or morning tea. The open‑plan layout flows into a breakfast nook within the kitchen, and a separate dining area provides space for shared meals.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, a range, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware needed for simple meals. A spacious indoor dining table invites you to gather around for breakfast, dinner or board games.



Community amenities

Step outside your door to the Regal Palms amenity center, where a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar and an ice‑cream shop await. All guests have access to these facilities, and the resort fee of $22.40 per day (including tax) covers up to ten wristbands for use of the amenities.



Location & travel

A short drive brings you to Disney World and other major attractions. The townhouse sits just off I‑4 and I‑192, making it easy to navigate the Orlando area, and the Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away.



Important notes

The resort fee of $22.40 per day is mandatory for up to ten wristbands, regardless of whether the amenities are used. Free washer and dryer are available in‑unit for your convenience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
