This beautiful pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome boasts almost two thousand square feet, ceramic tile, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The private pool and lanai have no rear-facing neighbors, so you can enjoy the added privacy when relaxing on the back sundeck. Indulge in a poolside meal cooked fresh from the BBQ grill, or soak up that Florida sunshine from one of our reclining patio loungers.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prep and serve family meals. There's a large capacity dining table, and comfortable living area too. We've packed this place full of all comforts of home you'd expect, like high speed WiFi, spectrum TV service, and in-home laundry machines. There's convenient parking available, and we even include complimentary resort access for our guests.

The resort has a large lagoon-style swimming pool with waterfall, covered grotto, two jacuzzi spas, slide, licensed Tiki bar / Grill and a separate kid's pool. The main feature of the community is a huge clubhouse with reception/concierge desk, spacious lounge, internet cafe, meeting rooms, 50 seater movie theatre (guests may bring their own DVD's for viewing), sundry shop and deli. There's also a video arcade and card room designed for competition playing, and a fantastic fitness facility overlooking the pool area with a sauna. Outside, you'll find sports courts including basketball, volleyball, and two lit tennis courts. There's also a children's playground, picnic area, and BBQ facilities.

Guest Access:
Kindly provide us with the full name of the guest(s) driving your vehicle(s) so that we may register the names with the clubhouse. Please note you may only bring a maximum of 5 cars. Upon arrival you will need to report to the clubhouse to complete the registration and present your booking confirmation to the community gate guard if requested.

Getting Around:
The easiest and most convenient way to get around Orlando is by car, as many of the city’s top attractions are spread out and require multiple transfers on public transportation. If you plan on driving, be sure to keep some cash on hand for tolls.

• Please note that the pool is currently out of order. We are working on having it repaired as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
•Please be inform that the Resort's Bar and Grille is currently closed as of the moment. If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.

• Please be advised that the stove is currently out of service and unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• Bedroom 3 is equipped with a total of three single beds, including two twin beds and one pull-out bed for added flexibility and comfort.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

Pet Friendly:
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. Maximum of 2 pets and NO LARGE PETS allowed.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

We're happy to deliver:
• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
