Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to make yourself at home here. You can park 2 vehicles in the driveway. You can also park additional cars across the street, but this is on a first come first park basis.



You're also provided with complimentary access to the Oasis Club at 1520 Oasis Club Blvd. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of resort amenities. Please present your reservation to gain entry. Additionally, you can call the shuttle van for rides within the community and outside the community at your own expense.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate is a premier resort just 10 miles from Walt Disney World, offering a wide range of amenities to ensure a fun and relaxing stay. The clubhouse features a water park with a tranquil lagoon pool, hot tub, water slides, lazy river, and splash zone for kids.



Guests can relax in private air-conditioned cabanas, enjoy dining at a fully licensed restaurant, or stay active in the fitness center and gaming arcade. With sports fields, three championship golf courses, and easy access to theme parks, dining, shopping, and entertainment, Oasis Club is the perfect vacation destination.



Getting Around:

You can call the shuttle van for rides within the community and outside the community at your own expense.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the dog park will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11, 2026.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.



• We're happy to deliver:

- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee).

- Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the Pool and Hot tub. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
