Vista Cay 3 Bedroom Just across from Epic!!

This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom open floor plan condominium (1,447 square foot) is located in the premier resort community of the Reserve at Vista Cay Resort and is perfect for families, business travelers, singles or couples. This luxury condo boasts a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony and a beautifully furnished kitchen, a spacious living room, and comfortable bedrooms. It also includes a full-size washer and dryer. This unit has a King bed in the Master Suite, Queen bed in the second bedroom and two Full-size beds in the third bedroom. Also included within the condo are towels, linens, an iron with ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central heat/air, dishes, cookware, and utensils. TV's in the living area and the master bedroom.

The complex has two large hot tubs and three pools, including the kiddie pool. Also available at the Club House is an On-site Concierge who can help you with any plans and information you’ll need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest as well as an arcade room, basketball court, putting green, Bar-B-Que area, billiard tables, a movie theater where you get to choose the movie playing, DVD rentals, and a state of the art health club to provide the most enjoyable experience for every guest.

The oven was broken and although they came to check on it, nothing was done. We had purchased quite a bit of food to cook in the oven and could not use it.

Lots of issues during the week we stayed. Once notified of our concerns the host was quick to resolve. However, beds are not comfortable & very noisy. Sofa needs to be replaced as do the bar stools for the kitchen island. Host was prompt but seemed to only provide bare minimum furnishings & accessories around the condo. Doubt I would stay there again.

10 out of 10 for me! The property is conveniently located near the convention center so it worked in our favor especially for my daughter’s early morning games. This place has everything you need and is suitable for all ages. I love how everything was so close and my family was extremely happy. Check in was easy. Instructions are emailed to prior to arrival. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property.

Not clean

When I got there, I had to clean the refrigerator with Lysol wipes because there was crumbs all over and the kitchen counter also not clean. Received a warning about my dogs barking but it was not during the quiet times noted. They only were barking because someone was cleaning the floors outside of the apartment and they are pretty good watch dogs so no way I could have prevented that.

Check in was easy. Convenient location. Elevators always available. Nice to have washer/dryer. Condo was dirty and run down. Slow draining sinks, no place to put groceries (every cabinet was filled with dishes), ice maker worked sometimes and upon arrival dirty dishes in dishwasher and dirty bowls in cabinet. It was dirty all over - black long hair on bath rugs that obviously had not been cleaned. Mold throughout

Vista Cay

Second time at this resort. Good distance from the convention center for VB tournament. Until comfortable for the 4 of us and ease of grocery shopping and drug store. Love the sushi restaurant close by. Easy enough ride to Universal for those not playing volleyball. Coming back in 2 weeks for another tournament. Recommended.

Great condo

Have family in Orlando so my family frequents often; this is one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in. The condo is warm and welcoming. I will stay again if available. Owner sent a welcome message before arrival that was informative and made check in soo simple!

Worked well for us

The unit was a bit tired and could use some touch up paint but worked well location-wise for our tournament at the convention center. It’s convenient that a Publix is so close (walking distance). Dishwasher needs some WD-40. We had a few issues (door code didn’t work and ice maker started making thumping sounds) and management responded quickly.

Excellent place to stay.

The unit is large and the balcony faces a small lake. We stayed at The Commons of Vista Cay, which is across the street from the main property. We liked the location being much smaller and sort of off by itself. A huge plus was the Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts, and a few other businesses that are immediately adjacent to the property. It's an easy 1-3 minute walk. The pool was nicely sized and never crowded during the day. The kitchen was adequately outfitted to our needs, as we ate in the entire visit. It is showing slight signs of age/use on some furniture. The unit was very clean, except the bath mats and ottomans in the bedroom were filthy. I informed management immediately and it was taken care of promptly. Cleanliness would have gotten 5 stars if not for this. I gave 3 starts for location, only because traffic from the large expressway nearby was constant and loud enough to interfere with an otherwise relaxing atmosphere, despite being beyond the control of management. We would, however, stay there again.
