Luxury 4 bedroom 8 beds 3 bathroom private villa with private pool and games room and personal gym. Situated at The Hamlet, West Haven resort -championsgate,only 10 minutes from Disney and surrounded by shops, restaurants and golf courses of champions gate and reunion. Large kitchen/dining area with formal dining table and a smaller breakfast table for those casual meals and also a great breakfast bar . Large open plan living space with two very comfy sofas where all the family can relax after a busy day at the themed parks and watch the flat screen tv and cable,there is also a dvd player should you need it and wifi throughout the home. Two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk in showers. Flat screen tvs and cable in the living room and in both master bedrooms. Two twin rooms with two single beds in one room and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other room. Our private pool is south/east facing so enjoys the sun all-day. There is plenty of seating around our pool with sun loungers and chairs and also a table and chairs under our covered lanai so you can relax in the shade . (Pool heat on request) .In the games room there is pool table and a air hockey table which is great for keeping the kids entertained. The resort also has a communal pool,tennis court and play area for children. West haven is a beautifully maintained gated community at championsgate and if your looking for the perfect home and the perfect location then look no further. We guarantee you will love it here. Our home Sleeps 10 people and we also include a travel cot should you need it and the use of a car seat and pushchair/stroller. This area is perfect, whether your here for the theme parks or golfing or the beautiful beaches or even just relaxing by the pool this is a popular place for everyone!

My best friend and I do a girls trip in Davenport every summer, this year we wanted a place with our own pool and this property was perfect! The house and pool were clean, the neighborhood was quiet but close enough to whatever we needed, and the owner was quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our trip. The Disney decor was subtle, and very cute. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We really enjoy our stay at this property. Easy check-in and access, plenty of room for our family of 6. The game room as a hit as well as the pool. Would consider renting again if returning to Florida.

The house was very nice, pool was quite chilly, didn’t know you had to pay to have it heated, no option in the booking. Did not have any dish detergent. Overall a great comfortable stay.

Do not stay here! Owners are very condescending and don't want to hear about the problems.

Description updates to property. If you want heated pool it is 25.00 more a day. The welcome book tells you not to lower ac thermostat below 78 because a/c freezes up. There is only 1 toilet tissue and 1 soap in the house per bathroom. Bring your own toilet tissue. The house is in need of a good cleaning. They have cleaning supplies there but no toilet tissue. My feet were black from the time I took a shower to walking in to the bedroom to get dressed. The master toilet would not flush a few times. Had to use the plunger. The first time was the first use right when we got there and it was only a number 1. There was a roach in the master bedroom on the first night also. Don't say anything to the owner, management says everything is working. Don't waste your money. You should have just stopped your vacation and called management. We did a fast 3 days at Disney only wanted a place to sleep. We would have had a cleaner place at the Super 8. and at least they supply a normal amount of toilet paper. Good Luck!

Great location and house

First time staying in a VRBO, usually book a hotel. Definitely the way to go from now on. Property was a huge hit with the kids with the pool and pool table. Minor details were that we expected a fully functioning air hockey table but it wasn’t, there were sugar ants in the kitchen, empty juice bottle in night stand of one room, and trash/receipt paper under the bed of another room. Overall, a spacious home to stay for the price of a single hotel room. Host very responsive and helpful!

Fantastic stay

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for a week in early October. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy , which was just as well as we had 2 stay at home days thanks to a looming hurricane. The management company kindly visited prior and after the hurricane to check in on us, which was a great touch. Will definitely be looking to book here again next year.

Don't expect much

Berated for getting to the home 1 hr early after a 12 hour drive, we thought if we checked we may be able to get in just like other hotels, campgrounds, or rentals we've stayed, but no. We called maintenance when we found mold covered shower curtains, among other evidence of bare-minimum cleaning efforts. My son looked around, scared of the prospect of staying there, so I called the number given to see if there were other accommodations that could be made for us. I was told only the homeowner could assist us, and that we were there a full hour early and did not give them time to clean everything (even though check out is 6 hours before check in here). When I called the owner, he also berated us for being there early so we quickly left and told him we would come back at the right time. When we came back they had changed out the shower curtains for new ones and put a few towels in the closets but everything else remained the same filth. My husband pulled up sediment from the pool that included a used bandaid. When asking the owner for assistance in making our vacation work, his only recommendation was to have the same maintenance (2 people) come back and attempt to clean again. Not wanting to waste anymore of our vacation time, I tried to explain that I would rather clean the house myself, and was yelled at by the homeowner as he explained his problems of being so far away and not knowing the quality of maint/cleaning service he was paying for. Don't risk it. Hair, mildew etc

We found the property clean and conveniente do go to the parks, almost with all the amenities offered in the listing (no air hokey table), and with a small ant problem, we solve it with a can of Raid, overall this was a good experience, we definitely recommend this property.
