As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:

Just what we needed

The house was just what we needed for our family of 8 during our Disney World and Universal Studios trip. The house was spacious, themed great without being too much and we love having a full kitchen and laundry.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s super close to the park, stores & restaurants.

With the shorter park hours it was great to come back to the house & have plenty of space to relax & hang out int the hot tub/ pool. We had no issues during our stay. The few request and/or questions I had were taken care of by the awesome Global Resorts staff.! This was our first time using VRBO and I’m very pleased to say everything went well. I highly recommend this home.

Clean! Great Communication! Great House!

This is our third house we stayed at in this gated community. Hands down the best one yet! Everything was clean, as described, and beds were comfortable. Was a great stay! We have a pretty big family and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The communication was awesome and fast. Definitely Recommend this House!

Fantastic family vacation!

The house was very clean & welcoming. We all enjoyed the amenities & there was plenty of room for all. We had a tiny issue and Global was very attentive with their response and sending a tech out. The tech was very nice & got the job done! :) I would definitely recommend this property & when we go back to Orlando I hope its available for us again!

We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times during our visits to Kissimmee, but this home was the BEST one we've stayed at so far! It was clean, spacious, and full of amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable - I enjoyed the fact that they weren't obnoxiously decorated. In fact, the entire place is beautifully and tastefully decorated! The game room was also the BEST we've ever had access to. Carpeted! I've NEVER seen that before! The kitchen was nicely stocked for any in-house cooking you plan to do. The pool was the perfect escape. Location is also ideal, very close to the community pool and fitness center. Just a fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation to theme parks!

House in Windsor Hills is the only way to go when visiting theme parks. After a busy day at the parks it was so nice to get away from the crowds and relax in a nice quite environment. The house was a perfect location and very well maintained. I would have given it 5 stars but we were surprised to not have basic supplies like salt and pepper for the kitchen. Overall, I would definitely stay at this house again. The pool and hot tub were great and plenty of room for two families of 4 (8 total).

Overall the property was ok, but there is room for improvement. We paid for pool/spa heat which wasn't working at all the first day. After that we discovered that the heater would need to run for a full 2 hours before warming up which is less than ideal when spending full days at the theme parks. Hot water was also a challenge in the house taking at least 10 minutes to warm up when trying to shower. The kitchen was reasonably appointed allowing us to prepare our breakfasts on property. The house does have more wear than is shown in the pictures and would benefit from a deep clean and/or updates.

Beautiful house very close to Disney! Great size for our family of 8. Overall, this house was great! Had a few problems with the pool temperature during our stay, but the host was very responsive to our emails and always sent someone out right away to try to fix the issue. Also, it would’ve been nice to have had a Keurig coffee maker, so we didn’t have to make a whole pot of coffee for only one or two people everyday. We always stay in Windsor Hills when we visit the Orlando area and it never disappoints!

Perfect

We have stayed at multiple vacation homes in the area over the past few years. This has been the closest proximity to Disney. This is cool, but means more traffic. The house itself is dated, but in great condition and the neighborhood is a lot quieter than many other developments. We have been in a few that get obnoxious at night in the past! I particularly like that the majority of the bedrooms & bathrooms are on the ground level in this house. A lot of vacation homes tend to have fragile feeling and/or impractical furniture for families. This one was appointed very well and I wasn’t nervous about glass dining tables or flimsy patio furniture. Only issue was the lack of a remote control in the game room. I had to swing out to Walmart and grab a cheap universal remote at Walmart so the kids could play their Nintendo switch in there. Foosball table was also a little odd in that the hall hit the floor upon scoring each goal! 😂 We did have a slight concern with the water levels in the pool seemingly being on the decline throughout the course of our stay, but otherwise it functioned well and was perfect as we paid to have it heated. This was one of the larger pools in over a dozen home rentals we have had in Orlando. I also really liked Global’s process for check in & checkout. They have their SOP’s in place and the whole experience was a breeze. Also in Windsor’s favor was the gates worked better than at other complexes. At first I was concerned it wouldn’t be the case as it was a barcode versus a QR code like at the newer developments, but it actually scans easier so you aren’t caught in long lines of people struggling. If there are issues they are also better staffed than many other places so they can expedite the bottleneck. One negative on Windsor’s side is the pool and water park incomparison to all other places we have stayed. Pool wasn’t as big and the water park was very underwhelming as many others have more slides and a lazy river. They also have full bars and grills. That being said, the staff was very friendly and the F&B was surprisingly good, despite the facility. Not that I care about live entertainment at these places, but the guy playing music was acting like he had an larger, engaged audience. So like the rest of the staff it just made for a better experience.

Great Resort!

Windsor Hills is a great resort!! The location couldn’t be better, everything we needed was in a 5-mile radius and it took no more than 10-15 minutes to get to any of the parks. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. We had 9 in our group and had plenty of space. The only negative was the pool was not heated when we arrived (even though we called 48 hours before to set up), but Management was responsive and had someone out the next morning to fix the problem.

Lovely house let down by poor preparation

Lovely 5 bedroom house in great location near to Disney and 192. Sadly let down by poor preparation by the rental team. Pool not heated as requested and paid for Jacuzzi that emptied out on its own Filthy BBQ Sound system that didn’t work A hairdryer that burst into flames when used for first time Faulty air conditioning upstairs All the above were reported to the management company but only some got repaired. For the amount we paid I’m disappointed that the house was not perfect (or repaired properly when notified)

Brilliant Holiday and great house

The house was great and we all felt very relaxed and at home there and that's what you need when you've been on your feet all day. I didn't think I'd want to go back to Florida again but I enjoyed it so much I hope to return in a year or two, hopefully to this house. The only thing I felt was missing was a welcome pack with instructions for appliances, pool cleaning and information on local facilities, including doctors.

Great vacation

The house was wonderful. A few minor details, hair dryer in my daughters bedroom was broken and the shower lacked much hot water. Great layout and tons of space for all! Loved the pool and hot tub. Super convenient and fast to get to all Disney Parks and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
