Welcome to visit our lovely Villa! Our villa has high-speed internet, Free WIFI good for any online working and studying. It has 6 bedrooms/5 en-suite masters(Three King beds, two Queen beds, two twin beds ), 5.5 bathrooms, and a large private pool and SPA. It is about 15 minutes to Disney World maingate, minutes away from many golf courses, and near all the major attractions.

The house is fully equipped with the amenities of your own home and with almost everything we could need ourselves. There is a screened private pool/spa with a safety fence for your relaxation.

Notes:
Pool heating is optional at $30/day or $175 per week plus 12% tax, recommended for October-April;
Gas grill use is optional $40/wk plus 12% tax;

We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly 24-hour support for our guests.

Our villa is situated on the Solana Resort Community which is located on the US27 between the 192 and the I4. The community is close to Disney, shopping areas, and several championship golf courses. Being close to the I4 gives easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens, and North to Orlando itself and the Space Centre. Solana Resort features a truly superb, state of the art clubhouse with an impressive range of facilities: a Recreation Area; Internet Cafe. Fitness Room; Swimming Pool & Spa; Interactive Children's Water Play Area; Putting Green; Sand Volleyball; Soccer Field & Sundry Shop. Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the Community facilities for the duration of their stay.

We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, a very safe neighborhood, and a central location to all of the places we wanted to visit. For six adults it was affordable, clean, and comfortable. We had plenty of cookware to prepare meals which was very appreciated.

Everything was fine except there were large roaches in the game room and a smoke alarm in downstairs bedroom beeped all night keeping my wife and i awake we sent a text to property manager as per instructions left in the book on property but no one responded or came the ceilings were high so i jad to climb on a chair and remove dead battery myself as a 65 year old man with a bad hop and hope i didnt fall and hurt myself otherwise everything was great

Amazing stay

First impressions matter- as soon as we walked into the place we all commented on how clean it looked/smelled. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good sizes, the perfect house for a multiple family stay. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. And the box fans in the closets made the fan-sleepers so happy :). We really enjoyed our stay. The gated community felt safe and the house is not far from the grocery store, very convenient

Great for Families-close to Disney!!!

We had a family of 9 stay here and it was perfect!!! There was plenty of room for everyone!!! The beds are very comfy!!! Everything we needed was in the kitchen to cook for our family. Plenty of towels for everyone. There were some minor things that needed attention to make this a 5 star rental - but we would definitely stay again!!! Very close to Disney and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando!!! Stores and restaurants are close too!!!

Family & Friends Trip to Florida

Fantastic stay for a once in a lifetime trip with family and friends to experience Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The Villa was as described and provided ample space for 8 people. The faciliites were as described with good amenities nearby. Great location, for some privacy when needed but not too far from the parks.

Great Orlando trip

Overall the house was great. We were about 30-40 minutes away from Universal. It was very spacious for our group of 8 adults and a 2 year old. I loved the fact that there was a crib, high chair, a gate for the stairs, and other things for my toddler. The swimming pool, ping pong, and pool table provided entertainment for all ages. The only issue was it was warmer than expected. Majority of the rooms required a box fan to stay cool at night. But other than that it was a great choice for my family.

Older property, but spacious

The property is in a very quiet gated community. It was great to have a pool to cool off and relax in at the end of our long days. Be careful with the all tile floors, they are extremely slippery when wet. The window treatments have not been washed in quite some time, there are only two bedrooms with ceiling fans (though box fans were provided in all rooms), and the floors were filthy. I don’t think I would stay here again, but more because of the traffic headed to Disney each day.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It worked perfectly for us. We had a total of 9 guest. 5 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the pool! We went to sea world one day and it was about 45 minutes to an hour away.
