This perfectly located marsh side cottage provides tranquility, beauty, and Cape Cod charm! There are two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with two twins) just off the cozy living room. There is an additional twin bed that doubles as a couch in the living room. The full bathroom holds a walk in shower. The three season porch features the dining space, perfect for sunset dinners! Enjoy an outdoor shower after a day of sunbathing at one of the many nearby beaches. Hang your salty towels on the provided cloths line after a day of fun! There is a full kitchen and a charcoal grill. The adjacent patio features a picnic table and a few lounge chairs. There is parking for 2 cars. This cottage is very close to Rock Harbor, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Orleans center. Dogs allowed for an added fee. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee.
