The host responded quickly which was nice! The location is alright its about 25 minutes from daytona beach. The condo itself is large in size, but very outdated. Beds are full size not kings. Heat wouldnt work. Washer leaked water all over the floor everytime we tried to use it. When we arrived the shower was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. When we tried to shower there wasnt hot water. Tried again the next day we could not take a shower for longer than 3 minutes before it was cold. They leave a vehicle in the spot marked for the condo, and there are 3 other guest spots to park which were always full so there was no where to park and we had to make our own spot.

Very roomy and clean 2BR second story condo in the back of the complex. Across A1A from the beach
about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen. Roomy master bedroom. Nice kitchen and living area.

Condo was spacious, clean for the most part. There are3 pools, the one closest to the condo is ok, the next pool over was very nice. Beach has a very steep incline and it’s a decent walk away from the condo.

A simple, clean condo within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Relatively quiet and comfortable property with the slight quirk of feeling more like staying at someone else’s vacation home rather than a vacant guest property (lots of toiletries etc). Basic provisions were provided as we are used to with most VRBO properties plus helpful beach extras. Very responsive kind host! Beautiful beach.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!!

Kathy was a SUPER host..we arrived earlier than expected and she moved heaven and earth to get us in early!
 The condo was IMMACULATE and we needed for nothing!
 beds were comfy and the place was sooo cozy
 I would recommend Kathy’s place to EVERYONE!!
 We had everything we needed in a closet for a perfect beach day
 Me and my husband and son were in Daytona for my daughter’s college cheerleading competition in Nationals
 where they placed 8th in the country
 we were totally overjoyed with our entir visit!!.. Soooo 
 Kathy is the person to book with!!.. TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE.. God bless you all!

Great Stay

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Always prompt responses to any questions. Ocean Beach access is just a walk across the road. We did snowbirding for 3 months & really enjoyed ourselves.A

Great Place to Stay

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!
