The Vistamar II building is located on the beachfront, just a few metres from the sea and very close to all amenities such as restaurants and the Mercadona supermarket.
The flat has two double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds; two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower; and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for day to day life.
It includes wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher and a parking space on the ground floor under roof.
The building also has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with a separate bathing area for adults and children and the entire surface of the pool area with grass, parking for bicycles and a children\'s area with swings and rubber flooring for the youngest members of the family. The swimming pool has artificial grass for greater comfort.
