Nice Apartment in a nice surrounding

The apartment is very nice and has a nice view to the lake. The host is very friendly. It's located in a walking distance to the old city and to a very good coffee shop with ice-cream.

The apartment is located in a fantastic position on the hillside above the lake and the center of Orta San Giulio. In 20 minutes you can walk to the city center. There is more than enough space to sit outside and enjoy the magnificent view, but also to play soccer or volleyball. There is a volleyball court, but it is quite overgrown with weeds. The apartment itself is fine. One bedroom is separated from the other only by a wall that doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, and it doesn't have its own window. It is dark and quite stuffy and you don't get the feeling of real privacy. The beds were comfortable, there is a large living and dining room. There is another separate bedroom, so three bedrooms in total. There is underfloor heating. We found the bathroom very cramped. It is fine for four people. With more it would be difficult. The kitchen is fine, everything works. The equipment was moderate, some things were in multiple, other things that you need regularly for cooking were not available at all. However, you could ask for everything. Overall, it is a prima vacation apartment.

Die Wohnung war zweckmässig. Die Aussicht auf den See war toll. Die Matratzen müssten jedoch dringen erneuert werden. Sie sind komplett durchgelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Die Dunstabzugshaube triefte vor Schmutz. Die Duschkabine ging nicht richtig zu. Die Sofas waren mit Überzügen abgedeckt, müssten jedoch auch ausgetauscht werden, da sie durchgesessen sind. Es fehlten Fliegenschutzgitter gegen die Mücken, die reichlich vorhanden waren. Da es ein Mietshaus ist, war kein Kontakt zu anderen Feriengästen vorhanden. Das vorhandene Volleyballfeld war eher ein Unkrautfeld.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, große, saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht es deren Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und stehen bei Fragen und Problemen immer zur Verfügung.Überrascht war ich von der riesigen Tiefgarage, in die unser Bus mit Dachzelt passte.

Positief: - behulpzame eigenaar en zoon (en een heel lieve hond)- locatie met een geweldig uitzicht over het meer- veel borden, glazen en bestek aanwezig- gebruik van wasmachine en tuinmeubilairNegatief:- heel erg veel muggen, maar geen horren- een ventilator zou fijn zijn- er zijn meerdere huurders in appartementen in dit gebouw, dit maakte het minder privé dan verwacht en we konden dit niet uit de advertentie opmaken- intern erg gehorig- bijna alle bedden zijn echt heel slecht, zoals de tweepersoons met een diepe kuil in het midden- erg vieze afzuigkap en stof onder de bedden- smalle deurdoorgangen en rammelende vouwdeurtjes

Ein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen

Große Ferienwohnung in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. Nur ca. 100 m bergab über die Wiese und durch einen kleinen Wald dann über den Zebrastreifen und schon ist man am Badestrand. Großer Garten mit Volleyballfeld direkt am Haus wurde von unseren Kindern viel genutzt. Ball oder Federballspiel am besten selbst mitbringen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich. Zur Uferpromenade von Orta sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Beim Restaurant "Crossroads" gibt es einen Fahrradverleih. Eine Fahrt mit dem Ebike um den See ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eins der drei Schlagzimmer hat kein eigenes Fenster, was für uns jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen.

2 tolle Wochen in Orta verbracht

Wir waren als Familie 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das kleine Bad ist sauber und modern. Durch den Garten des Hauses ist man in ein paar Minuten direkt an der kostenlosen Badestelle. Der Garten des Hauses ist herrlich und der Ausblick auf den See einfach umwerfend. Einziges Problem, dass nun mal völlig normal ist bei viel Natur und Wasser sind die Mücken. Am besten direkt Mückenspray mitbringen. Sonst ist man das Abendbrot für die Mücken. Das es eine kostenlose Parkgarage für das Auto gibt, dass somit immer im Schatten steht war klasse. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Aktivitäten, die man als Familie nutzen kann. Wir waren für die Kinder im Kletterpark und an der Bobbahn. Was mit dem Auto flott zu erreichen ist. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in ca 10-15 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto auch genug. Orta selbst ist ein gemütlicher schöner Ort, mit einigen leckeren Restaurants. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub!

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht.

Prachtige locatie met geweldig uitzicht. Aardige eigenaar die helaas geen Engels sprak. Meestal lukte het wel om elkaar te begrijpen met behulp van Google translate. Appartement was ruim en had voldoende keukengerei. Helaas heeft het appartement geen horren én geen ventilatoren. Dat maakte het ontzettend heet deze zomer, omdat we ramen vanwege de vele muggen dicht moesten houden. Ook was er geen vuilnisbak of droogrek in het appartement.

Schön gelegenenes und familiengeeignetes Appartement

In unserem 13tägigen Urlaub am Ortasee bot uns das Appartement alles, was wir uns als junge Familie wünschten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Dank Smartphone ist die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter auch ohne Weiteres möglich. Im übrigen mussten wir gar nicht viel sagen: Als wir nach dem ersten Badetag Handtücher zum Trocknen über die Terrassenmöbel gehängt hatten, stand am folgenden Tag ein Wäscheständer vor der Tür. Mehr Aufmerksamkeit kann man sich kaum wünschen. Die Wohnung bietet sicher keinen luxuriösen Standard, steht hinsichtlich Komfort und Ausstattung aber vermutlich besser da als viele andere Wohnungen dieser Preisklasse. Ansonsten werden die wichtigsten Fakten ja bereits korrekt im Beschreibungstext genannt. Ein paar Dinge die uns darüber hinaus aufgefallen sind: - Im Kinderzimmer gab es keine Fensterläden oder Rollläden. Der Raum ist morgens daher schnell lichtdurchflutet (bei kleinen Kindern manchmal eine Herausforderung) - Mit sechs erwachsenden oder heranwachsenden Personen könnte es etwas eng werden (wir waren zu viert). Die Wohnung besteht eigentlich aus zwei Zimmern in die jeweils Raumteiler eingezogen wurden. Bei den Raumteilern handelt es sich um Wände, die nicht bis zur Decke reichen. Dadurch ist bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen kein 100%iger Rückzug in die Schlafzimmer möglich. Uns hat diese Tatsache nicht gestört, zumal wir uns dadurch das Babyphone sparen konnten. - Im Wohnzimmer könnte die Schallisolierung zum Nachbarn besser sein - exzellente Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage - Die Mülltrennung in Italien ist inzwischen eine Herausfoderung. Hier haben wir leider nicht alles verstanden. Ein Hinweisblatt mit den wichtigsten Fakten hätten vielleicht geholfen. Das Fazit bleibt aber weiterhin: Wir kommen gerne wieder!
